"Pic of the day. Just like in the original game, the Dark Emperor can cause status changes based on a fighter's color. Red types generally get powered up. On a different subject, the Mii Fighter is wearing a Mii Force Helmet."

"If you take the 'D' from Dark, the 'E' from Emperor, you get 'DE'... he SPECIFICALLY mentions RED. So if you take the 'R' from RED you get 'DER'. Dark Emperor is clearly flying indefinitely, which proves that Ridley can also fly indefinitely. So add the 'I' from indefinitely and you get 'DERI'. Now, in the POTD, there's a suspicious lens flare and I quickly compared it to all others twinkles and lens flares thus far and it's NEW. So take the 'L' from 'lens flare' and you get 'DERIL'.

Now all you have to do is add a 'Y' for "YES, RIDLEY IS PLAYABLE" and you get 'DERILY', which is an anagram of 'RIDLEY'. All the clues are there! Sakurai has been trolling us the whole time! This is the most convincing evidence I've seen since our amateur team has analyzed Phobos' shadow against Mars to determine that Ridley would still be bigger than any other character but not bigger ENOUGH!"

No, Mario is actually wearing an outfit from Family Computer Golf: U.S. Course! NES Open Tournament Golf might be a more familiar title."

"The most important thing to note is Sakurai's refusal to mention Samus in her Light Suit by name, yet he refers to Mario by name just fine. This leads me to result in one of two conclusions.

1) Sakurai did not deconfirm Light Suit Samus as an alternate costume, and he was actually teasing her as a playable character. And why would Sakurai add Light Suit Samus before Ridley? This must mean Ridley is confirmed.

2) The character in the suit is NOT Samus, but is actually Ridley in disguise. This would explain Sakurai's need to explain that he was not a member of the Imperial Forces, as Ridley is a Space Pirate, and in Space Pirate culture, it's offensive to confuse them with Star Wars characters. Ridley confirmed.

"Pic of the day. In order to make Rayman's trophy, we asked Ubisoft to share their references. We were expecting to receive 2D drawing references for Rayman, but to our surprise, they sent us data of a brand new 3D model that they rendered for this game!! And that was how this trophy was created. It takes a lot of work creating each model, so it's wonderful that the creators contributed their own efforts!!"

"Pic of the day. If you get caught in the Boss Galaga item's tractor beam, it will carry you away to the top of the screen. You can shoot it down, but it won't join you in battle for double the firepower."

"In the N64 version of Smash Bros, it shows in the intro a fight between Samus and Donkey Kong. Ultimately, it suggests that Donkey Kong was hired by space pirates to destroy Samus. Unfortunately, Donkey Kong was unsuccessful, as he was blasted in the face after missing his punch. Ridley hired the boss Galaga to abduct Donkey Kong, who was in hiding with the villagers. The villagers turned him in, due to his bad body odor and noisy late night bongo raves. They cheer, as he is abducted and delivered to Ridley.

SSB4 will include a cut-scene of Donkey Kong crawling for mercy at the claws of Ridley. Ridley will roar, translating to "I will have to do this myself, you damn dirty ape!" and throw him aside, continuing the story and quest for Samus's death. Ridley confirmed."
