  2. Almost no history of the Ahuru'sinah of the Ahkrimaal (sing. Ahkrim) remains intact. Rumors involving where they originate abound; officially they are an uplifted species, brought back from the brink of destruction during the final moments of the Age of Illumination. Unofficially, however, their superficial resemblance to the Serukta is not lost on those whom have the unpleasant chance to meet them. They are large creatures, toned in muscle and pock-marked with scars that arise from their martial compulsions. Four or two tentacles present on their features, extruding from their jaws; often, with age, four merge to two.

  4. Brutal and seemingly barely capable of independent thought, the Serukta nobility still gossip and rumor-spin as to why the Ahkrimaal are considered a cohort – even as the lowest of the three. When seen in battle, however, such concerns are often cast aside. Huge and brutish creatures, the Ahkrimaal are known to be utilized as shock-troops of the purifier fleets of the Sacral Empire. Due to such, the Ahkrimaal seeming have little, if any, native form of governance; they are, in effect, held in the custodianship of the Serukta and are often secreted far away from the rest of society.

  6. Even so, rumors persist. The most often spoken tale in secret amongst the commoners is that the Ahkrimaal were once the dominant species of the Serukta homeworld, but were subjugated during the Age of Illumination when the Sacral Empire rose; others, with greater blasphemy, imply the Ahkrimaal are actually derogated or devolved Serukta, warped and disfigured over countless generations of scientific experimentation and torment conducted in the name of the Sehkrisaal.
