Anther vs Reddit

Here is a comparison between 2 tier lists.

The list on the left is taken from Anther's ladder; this is raw data. There are
no elements of theory crafting or human alteration in this list. The win and
loss ratios from each character is what is used to determine the order of
characters. As such, there is little evident bias to be found in this set
and it may accurately represent the current meta.

The list on the right is the recently compiled Reddit tier list as voted for
by the users. This is the antithesis to Anther's list, being comprised purely
by interpretation and opinion of the meta. As such, there are some interesting
occurrences, here are a few I've noticed:

-Falcon is at +9 because everyone on Reddit loves Falcon.
-Rosalina + Pacman leapt up, presumably after witnesses Apex 2015.
-Link is up greatly, possibly since this jab infinite has been discovered.
-Everyone sleeps on Palutena
