  1. The main setting is Ponyville, a small town in the Clover Valley. Ponyville is a rural town, where ponies live quietly. However, it has a close proximity to the Everfree Forest. Ponyville was founded by earth ponies, and the infrastructure is mainly medieval-based architecture with thatched roofs. There's the Golden Oak Library, Sugarcube Corner, and Carousel Boutique, along with Sweet Apple Acres, the biggest apple orchard in Equestria.

  3. Canterlot is just as great of a city as it is in the show. The gates are known as Diurann, and are the way in. Greccan architecture is the main theme, but snooty ponies live there. In addition are the Canterlot Archives, where rare books are placed. It's usually under tight security. The Princesses live here, and rule Equestria with benevolence.

  7. The Everfree Forest. A forest filled with monsters and wild magic. In the depths of the forest is the Castle of the Two Sisters, where the Mane 6 defeated Nightmare Moon.

  9. Cloudsdale is also a city of Greccan architecture. However, it's made of clouds. Liquid rainbows are like waterfalls there, and it's mainly populated by pegasi.

  11. Whitetail Wood is a normal forest near Canterlot. Every fall, ponies take turns shaking trees so the leaves can fall.

  13. Manehatten is a city of skyscrapers, and it's the second biggest city in Equestria, behind Canterlot.

  15. Tartarus. A prison for the worst of the worst, like Tirek and Krastos. It is divided into nine circles. Star Swirl the Bearded wrote a detailed record of his journey down. It's guarded by Cerberus, the three-headed hellhound.

  17. Froggy Bottom Bog is a swamp near the Everfree Forest. A variety of creatures live there, including hydras.

  19. Hollow Shades is a town deep in the forest. It's mainly inhabited by batponies, and is highly respectful of Luna. A series of catacombs is beneath the town, with a golden pedestal inside it.

  23. The Unicorn Range is in the north of Clover Valley. Manavines grow in abundance here, along with a small cave system. Owlbears sometimes make caves here. Crossing it leads to...

  25. The Wide Plains. The largest expanse of plains in all of Equus. It's relatively flat. There are a few rather large earth ponies in scattered villages.

  27. The Crystal Mountains are the mountain range in northern Equestria. Gemstones are embedded in the mountain range. It contains a vault where many artifacts lay hidden.

  29. The Western Coast is exactly what it sounds like- Equestria's western coast. If you have the Conch Horn, you can contact hippocampi or mermares.

  31. Labyrinth: A minotaur city built into a plateau near the Hayseed Swamp.

  33. Harthind: A deer village located in the forests of the Hayseed Swamp.

  35. Turtle Lake: One of Equestria's largest lakes. When the Volcano of Gloom exploded on itself from its guardian dragon being killed by three witches, the remains caved in, creating a lake that goes all the way down to the korfie lands. Inhabitants include a jasconius (a giant turtle with an island on its back). The skeleton of a sea serpent makes a natural dock.

  37. Transylmaneia: A small town in the forests near Hollow Shades. Batponies inhabit it, along with Equestria's greatest number of fruit bats.

  39. Gallopfrey: A seaside town with the second-biggest port in Equestria. For some reason, it has red grass and silver leaves.

  41. Neighagra Falls: One of Equestria's greatest waterfalls, second only to Alicorn Falls. It feeds into the Trot River.

  43. The Badlands: The home of many changeling hives. A great wasteland with few landmarks other than the hives, ponies venturing here will need to keep track of their steps. Beneath it is ???

  45. San Palomino Desert: A desert on the southern border of Equestria. An abandoned hive is said to be here, on a hill where menhirs dated over 20,000 years old stand. Other than that, buffalo tribes stampede across the desert.

  47. Lasso Waterway: A river that flows from Canterlot's waterfalls, across Clover Valley, through the Everfree Forest, and all the way to the Pegacific Ocean.

  49. Bridle River: The river breaks in half in the Everfree Forest, going through Froggy Bottom Bog and Everfree City before becoming part of Horseshoe Bay.

  51. Pyros Swamp: A swamp where geysers of flame erupt from the ground. Fire elementals have been sighted here, and it's a more dangerous road to Tall Tale. There is a chasm inside the swamp that used to have a mysterious obelisk in it. There is also a door made of some kind of unidentified metal.

  53. Rumbling Rock Ridge: A cliff that has a diamond dog mining complex built into it. A metal door is located within the depths of the mine.

  55. Winsome Falls: Between Froggy Bottom Bog and the Lasso Waterway is the forest surrounding Winsome Falls. At the top of the forest is a rainbow waterfall.

  57. Macintosh Hills: These mountains contain the first clue to finding something called the Alicorn Tears.

  59. Bloodrock Mountain: A mountain in the San Palomino Desert.

  74. Berserker Wastes: A heavily damaged area of the Glasbyrn Glacier, where King Sombra was defeated when Princess Luna went into a berserker rage and beat him within an inch of his life.

  78. Mkutahali: The capital city of Mstarasi, where the Spirit Council rules. It is built into Mt. Mbguni, a mountain in the very center of Mstarasi.

  84. Kupaaraba: Roads all around Mstarasi that lead to Mkutahali.

  131. Pundamilia: A seaside forest that's connected to a hidden warp point that leads to Austrinus. Sea hydras prowl the coastline. The forest is in a state of eternal autumn, caused by Queen Pundamilia's spell cast on the forest.

  133. Cheka-Cheka: An abandoned city in now populated by bultungins.

  135. Zebrican Jungle: A jungle that separates the Pride Savannah from Pundamilia.

  137. Pride Savannah: The plains of Zebrica's wilderness. It's filled with all kinds of wild creatures.

  139. Zevera: The Zebrican capital. It's home to Queen Malkia and all kinds of exotic goods. A bazaar fills the main street and zebras live all over. The atmosphere of the city is quiet and tranquil.

  141. Spire Canyon: A huge dry canyon in Southern Zebrica, filled with towering mesas.

  143. Haunted Wastelands: A desert west of Zevera. Its magic is wild, and it's much more dangerous than the San Palomino Desert. Even sand mantas have been spotted!

  145. Mwinga: A minotaur colony that connects to Equestria via a tunnel. It's built into an abandoned changeling hive.
  146.  
  147. Anugypt: The Haunted Wastelands border the deserts of Anugypt. This desert is ancient, and houses some pre-Sundering constructs, including the Pyramid of Origination. A superweapon is rumored to exist in Anugypt. It is the homeland of the catfolk known as the baast and is rich with pre-Sundering lore. The western deserts are home to Zebrica's "queen hive", Hive Lepidoptera.

  149. Seiryu Caldera: This fertile caldera lies north of Anugypt and west of the Haunted Wastelands. The region is filled with exotic plant life and even more exotic creatures.

  156. Aquila: The OTHER gryphon kingdom. Aquila is a fierce country, full of frost, jagged mountains, and unrelenting cold. The fjord on the western border is where one of the few routes to Neighflheim is. Araki hives aren't as common here as they are in Dragonridge, but they're still there. Another sight is the Dragon Graveyard, named for the fact that hundreds of dragons were massacred in this ice plain.

  158. Dragonridge: Here there be dragons! This is the territory of the dragons, and they live up to their reputation. Mountains and dragon hoards are the main attraction here. Valkyries (4-winged pegasi) have been sighted here, and araki (spider-people) hives are to the south, where forested hills dominate the landscape.

  160. Sporelands: Mushrooms. Lots of mushrooms. But seriously, this valley is a fertile forest of giant mushrooms.

  164. Emeraldine
  165.  
  166. Ibex Empire: The Ibex Empire is one of the biggest countries on Neighsia. Its capital is Foal Chi Minh City. The main inhabitants are ibexes and the occasional kirin. To the east, past a large amount of water, is Neighpon.

  168. Himallamas: The highest mountain range on Equus. It's where the llamas live, and borders the Ibex Empire to the Crystalline Raj.

  170. Crystalline Raj: Big enough to be called a subcontinent, it's the only home for the glamourlings. It's separated by the Ibex Empire by the Himallamas. The country's main populace are glamourlings, ponies, and elephants. The major trade goods are crystals, pottery, lumber, and various spices.

  172. Tapir Republic: The islands of southeast Neighsia are home to the tapirs. They live in the jungles, and try to keep to themselves. The tapirs are ruled by a High Priestess.

  178. Beyond Tarandus and across the Sea of Eris is the continent of Frigus.

  180. Neighflheim: The only city on Frigus. Neighflheim is the last stop if you wish to venture even further north. It's a city made completely out of ice.

  182. Everfrost Glacier: On the eastern side of Frigus is this glacier. One of the most powerful spirits sleeps here. The northern edge of the world can be seen from here.

  184. North Pole: The northernmost point on Equus. A great crater lays here, where a large stone fell from the moon not soon after the Day of Discord. A reindeer mage investigated, and when he returned to Neighflheim, he had turned evil and immortal. The mage was killed and locked beneath the ice of the pole, where his undead form is sealed away.

  186. Tower of Winds: One of the pre-Sundering constructs. It is the tallest structure in Frigus, and its catacombs go deep under the ice. At the top of the tower is a golden pedestal.

  190. Black Islands: These islands are between Equestria and Zebrica. They are named for their vast quantities of obsidian. It also has an expanse of spires that all kinds of avian creatures live in.

  198. Changeling Isle: The island that the changelings live on. Their capital, Pandemonium, is also here.

  204. Terminal Canyon: A kingdom of the undead. Nopony knows how the undead are there, if its tower was involved, or whether they are hostile, but rumors have it that something was sealed there, deep underground...

  206. The Southern Tundra: The southernmost mapped area on Equus.. In the depths of the tundra is an ancient forest, where it's said that an evil god was defeated. In fact, the scars from the war are said to have formed the rough terrain. And even further south is an area where you can see the southern edge of the world.

  208. Equus is a flat plane, longer from east to west than north to south.
