Some of their higher quality goods made of rare dwarven metals are beyond your price range, but with your letter of introduction from Dr. Edelstoff, he's willing to Imbue your existing equipment at a Bargain.

  86. This boisterous Goblin shop is constantly blaring music during business hours, regardless of whether or not there has been an assassination attempt on the head of state. Some have considered this to be in somewhat poor taste, but nevertheless this shop has a reputation for its wide variety of merchandise, which is sometimes worth far more than what the eccentric goblin charges, and sometimes far far less. Spendalox also employs a large Gigas named Gorm as his "Customer Service Representative". His primary function is to inform the customer of their strict refund policy.
