1. 	A toothpaste dispenser having:
 			a container, having:
 				an outlet,
	 			a moveable floor, and
 				rigid sides;
	 		biasing means, configured to urge the moveable floor towards the outlet;
 		 	and a control, configured to selectively restrain the biasing means.
