[8:56:32 PM] Ahrin: I'm sorry, Jazz. But this really isn't acceptable. I remember even when Wesley was here I had to ask you to stop being so... abrasive towards other people. I don't get if you're mistaking what IC/OOC is, but it's not Talon, it's you that constantly acts just a bit too... whetstone-y. For the last week, even with the new change, there's just been shitstorm after shitstorm. I mean, it's almost impressive how bad it's getting.

The tenseness in this group is measurable, I think everyone's noticed it. It's gotten to the point where Im mistaking my own fear and anxiety with everything here that's going on. I want the fountain to be a lot more welcoming, and a good place to RP in. Not the whole mess of events that's going on now. You've been with us since the start, and you know we've gotten high population and activity. ANd this is a huge... fuck up from all of us.

However, I can handle how people do things OOCly here, how they rub the wrong way. Hell, I hired most people off contrast, so I KNOW i fucked up there. But with that, A lot of the people I picked have been great choices -- from, Shyvana, Dalca, Sejuani, Annabelle, and Panda and Juan. But... One thing I've noticed is that even when it's a personal thing, it's never translated into an IC thing.

I mean, there's a reason why people are hugely scared of you(r character), to the extent that it moves from Talon, towards the player behind. You're incredibly sour, hard to work with.. and, as a Mod, I'm a bit worried on how it keeps going. The Fountains already quieter, and less active than the brothel, and doing something like that with a competent roleplayer doesnt help. Even more so, it just seems like Talon's more of a sociopath Than I like to joke I am.

For those reasons, I'm going to have to remove you from the team. I apologize, and it was fun working with you. I'm going to have to remove you from the team, for now anyways. I hope we can still remain amicable, and perhaps work it out later.
