  1. Breaking News From Mamano Channel 5
  2.
  3. Good Evening. I am Mr. Nemo of the Mamano Channel.
  4.
  5. Recent reports of an alarming increase of slime attacks on men have made it clear that the perpetrator is not one, but multiple species of slimes. As such development was discovered we now believe that in order to better protect yourselves we will delve further into the many different subspecies and variants of the Slime Family (This is not assuming this is related to any gang related activities, only to families of biological descent.) As our schedule demands we will go by the current threats and will inform you over this period of time. Since we already covered the basic methods for slime control and Red Slimes are basically the same in regards to protection we will not cover them. Instead we shall cover Bubble Slimes, the smelliest of the Slime Family.
  6.
  7. Bubble Slimes are native to swamps and sewer lines. Their body odor isn't from the slime itself rather it's the sulphuric gases released from the Slimes' bubbles. This chemical reaction allows the Bubble Slime to be more active, allowing them to stay outside bodies of water for days compared to other slime species. The chemosynthesis process does however produces a very foul smell, not unlike a box of rotten eggs. While Bubble Slimes aren't as viscious as other slimes, they have a more viceral way of holding their victim. By kissing their victim they can force some of their slime into the mouth of their target. This slime would act as an addictive aphrodisiac, causing the victim enjoy the smells of their agressor and also make him chemically dependent on the Bubble Slime's fluids.

  9. The best way to deal with Bubble Slimes is to run away. Their foul odor and green bodies tends to make them easy to detect, making escape a very available option. If you're in a secluded area like a sewer line or a narrow alley way, remember these words. If you have a dehydration spray or salt, this will be able to drive the slime away. If you do not have these items, despite us telling you to remember these things like a nagging mother, there is a way to escape. When she grabs you she is not as strong as other slimes, you can struggle and break free. When she tries to lean in for a kiss do every violent action to make sure it doesn't happen. A small ingested amount of slime will not make you addicted, however if she does manage to force some of her liquid in your mouth do not be afraid to spit it back out or force yourself to hurl it back out.

  11. Symptoms of Bubble Slime addiction include warped sensory organs, bloodshot eyes, and a constant state of uncontrollable shaking. An easy way to identify a victim is to present him a bad smell, such as a rotten apple or wet dog. If he believes them to be desirable he would most likely be an addict. The Slime's fluids chemically change the victim's sense of smell, making sulphur more desirable and make the victim more likely to stay or seek out their attacker.
  12.
  13. Before this century it has been thought that a man addicted to Bubble Slime fluids cannot be cured of his addiction. Thankfully with the help of many good scientists and willing test subjects there is help. The process is grueling and requires extensive medical care from both nurses and councilors. By using the Earth Elemental's abilities to create a neutralizing agent the toxins can be cleansed from the victim's system. After the detox process the treatment is the same as any other drug addiction treatment program. It may take months up to a year of medical, social and psychological care, but it is possible for victims of Bubble Slime addiction to live their lives again.
  14.
  15. Now reports have shown that a majority of attacks in suburban areas are from Bubble Slimes. If you are in these ares consider yourself warned. And make sure to call emergency services to assist whenever possible. If you or anyone has ingested Bubble Slime toxins be sure to call paramedics.
  16.
  17. This is Mr. Nemo, signing off.
