How strong is Doomguy?

Obviously, there’s no indication of exactly what the equipment is, what it’s like, or how it works. But by looking at the designs and looking at some real life counterparts, we can make some guesses.

Clip: 200/400 - .40 S&W Doubletap FMJ-FP = 13g x 400 = 5200g = 11.464 lb
Shells: 50/100 - Shotgun shoots six pellets, Super Shotgun shoots 20 pellets—middle ground is eight pellets, 8 gauge shotgun shells are 2 ounces per pellet, .99999(repeating) pounds coming to 1-pound shells = 100 lb
Rockets: 50/100 - M80 unloaded is 1.58kg, M80 loaded is 3kg, estimated weight 1.42kg/3.13lb = 313 lb
Plasma: 300/600 - Absolutely no indication of possible grounds for estimation, guessing half a pound per battery = 300 lb

Backpack: Oakley Kitchen Sink = 4.6 lb
Armor: SOV-2000 Dragon Skin = 5.5 lb

Brass Knuckles: Spiked Silver Knuckles = 8 ounces = .5 lb
Chainsaw: McCulloch Eager Beaver = 12 pounds
Pistol: Beretta 92FS pistol = 970 grams/34 oz = 2.13 lb
Shotgun: Remington Model 870 Police = Between 7-8 pounds
Super Shotgun: Stoeger Uplander (Barrel sawed) = Between 6.5-7.5 pounds
Chaingun: Original design, seems to be based off a very shortened M61 Vulcan = roughly 30-ish pounds
Rocket Launcher: Original design, functionality similar to PIAT = 32 pounds
Plasma Rifle: Heavily-modified M60 Machine Gun = roughly 23.15 pounds
BFG9000: Absolutely no indication of possible grounds for estimation. In the Daily Show, the Rock brought in a non-functioning prop for the BFG--Jon Stewart could barely hold it. = estimated 100-ish pounds

AMMO TOTAL: 724.464 lb
EQUIPMENT TOTAL: 10.1 lb
WEAPON TOTAL: 213.28 lb
GRAND TOTAL: 947.844 lb

And this is before factoring in Berserk, which increases his strength by tenfold, allowing him to carry 9478.44 lbs (4.73922 tons)--at the very LEAST. Keep in mind he carries all this shit effortlessly without slowing down or any sign of fatigue, which means he could easily carry much, much more.
