- Dear paypal,
- At March 30th 2012, a transaction for 2645$ was made to: Flawless Web Design, LLC - Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID # 9WN62975J17842336) from my account: yanivchalfon@gmail.com .
- The deal was very simple, I used an Escrow (my friend from the net, known him for almost half a year now) to get the deal done. The payment was sent to his Brother’s in law account as its connected to a company and I felt more secure to do it this way.
- I send him the money via Paypal, and he sends it via Western Union to the actual party (As known as Nicole Mesa Marie).
- As soon as I sent him the payment, ms.Nicole disappeard and after some “Nicole ANSWER ME !!!!” messages from him to her (Group chat on skype) mr.”Jim Morisson” Disappeard as well with my money.
- I told to Mr. Jim Morisson to reverse the payment immediately and he claimed his brother is law sleeps now, so he will send him an SMS.
- One day later I get messages on my skype that says: “Man you don’t understand, he sent the money to her via Western Union instead of refunding it to you” with a picture attached to it.
- Today I spoke to “Jim Morisson” and he still claims that he wants to return me the money back, and he is trying.
- - My understanding of all this is this:
- Jim Morisson has made up “Nicole Mesa Marie” and his “Brother in law” using some ID he found (in order to proof to me). He keeps the money to him self.
- The MISTAKE that I made was to send it to him as a personal payment, as I did not know (actually it was my girl friend that sent it..) that for personal payments I can not dispute. (What I know that only GIFT is the one you can not dispute, and there fore Gift is used only to family).
- Now, he is ignoring me, and giving me different excuses where the money went and that he can not do a lot regarding this issue. He admits that he wants to send it back and it was his \ his “brother in law” mistake.
- I attach here Screenshots of the conversation, of him, of the WU transfer form (which if you ask me is fake, as he blocked the MTCN number) and of “nicole’s ID” .
- Please consider this issue as a serious matter of fraud \ scam, as you can clearly see what happened here.
- I know by the policy I made a mistake with the payment method, but if you look at all evidence you can see it’s a scam and its a lot of money (2645$).
- Please help me get my money back, I tried calling to customer service and they advised me to contact you as there are exceptional matters that needs to be investigated.

- Another details that got me suspected is:
- In skype is says: Nicole Marie Mefa (in the ID it says mesa, with an “S”)
- You can check this as well, a conversation I found regarding this guy:

- I know he goes by the name of “Jose Martinez” but I don’t think its his real name.
- I know he is using multiply paypal accounts as well.
- Please help me with this, I gathered a lot of evidence, of him admitting, of the pictures he has sent me and the whole story.
- This is a very large amount of money and I think that you can clearly see this is a scammer.
