Why do you want to be a sgt?
I Would like to be a Sergeant in the LSPD as i believe i
can lead a medium group of lower ranking officers with
confidence and commitment and to put their efforts in the
correct place when in the field and to encourage them to make
good decisions and to act fast and reliably.

I also want to be a Sergeant in the LSPD As i know my SOPS
correctly and to the best of my knowledge , I also know my
10+ codes in the LSPD off by heart as ive used the codes and
been in the lspd for nearly 2 months and a bit now.

I also want to be a Sergeant for the promotion as ive been a
corporal for over 3 weeks now and i believe im ready for
the next step involved in the LSPD And to be low command
. Ive noticed that there isnt alot of UK Based Sergeants and
mostly its just either US Or Canadian which is annoying as our
timezones are completely different which means we can never do
anything as lower ranks because there arent enough UK Sergeants.

I also want to help the lower ranks become a good enough
officer to be affective for the law to stand in the right
place and to help them be a better officer in general so that
they can become more confident and trust worthy in situations
which can cause them to panic.




What do they do?
As a Sergeant its or protective duty to protect lakeside
and we try our best to motivate and supervise
the ranks below us as were part of the low command and
if we motivate the below ranks then we motivate them to work
better as an officer of the law to use the correct codes/call
outs over radio , and to work hard all in all together.
We also try to promote the use of teamwork inside the LSPD/SO if
possible so that everyone can improve the use of communication
and chemistry with other officers of the law to make lakeside a
better place for the civilians and to rid the streets of any
possible armed suspects and or criminals at lakeside.


As a Sergeant you also take charge of the lower ranks or you
take charge of a team and or unit and you take your orders from
cheif segeants and above and youre also in charge of the actions
of which the lower ranks are involved with such as keeping them in
line in the department and being a sergeant you are like
middle management with authority over a medium group.

You also co-ordinate your team and put their effort in the right
place. As a sergeant you must work in different fields of
authority and you must be flexible and adapt to your surroundings
to improve your and your officers quality of work.

You also must attempt to be a leader over the small group that
you have authority over , you have to be reliable to these lower
ranks so that they trust you and believe in your word and tactics
as well as be calm under pressure and dont panic.
