  1. -Step 1. Figure OUT if this is exactly what you want. If you want this, fantastic. Go ahead and continue reading. But if you DON'T want to lose weight and improve your life, PLEASE move on. As this will have to be permanent change.

  3. 6 week turnaround diet.
  4. -Step one. No more sugars. Only water, no gatoraid, or cokes, I DON'T care if they say it'll make you immortal. Only water.
  5. -Step two. Meat. This includes beef, pork, lamb, chicken and various other animals. Fish, Eggs, etc.
  6. -Step three. Eggs. Eggs are among the healthiest foods on the planet and the yolk is by far the most nutritious part.
  7. Step four. VEGETABLES. These nasty things will save your body. Spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and many, many others.
  8. You can eat FRUIT, but they have high fructose contents, they also have natural sugars. Your aim is to eat as little sugar as possible. However, it is your *CHOICE*
  9. -Step 5. Exercise. Walking is easy, and can be fun. Listen to music, or grab a book and READ. If you plan to exercise every day, you need to burn 500 calories per day to lose 1 pound per week. The number of calories you burn walking depends on your body weight -- the heavier you are, the more calories you burn -- the distance you go and the amount of time you walk. IN short, take an hour long walk every day. Nothing too hard. Wanna ramp it UP? Buy some dumbells or apply for a gym membership. $10 a month might change your life.
