Hino Minoru is a Seveteen year-old in his 2nd year at Sukaigawa Academy. He's the normal, every day teenager you would expect for him to be on the outside, but on the inside, it's an entirely different story. Minoru is an odd one when it comes to how he feels. The boy doesn't express himself most of the time, and to add onto this fact, he has nearly no friends. Three girls by the names of Izumi, Kimiko, and Yoko could be considered his "true" friends. Yes, the male has allowed himself to have connections just for the sake of connections, yet, he truly never makes friends outside of visiting these three girls. The city that these four live in is Osaka, Japan. For months, a mass seriel killer has been lurking the streets, killing particular targets every month. These targets are usually students of Sukaigawa Academy, something that has plauged the school with a bad reputation because of it. Minoru had always been fascinated with the killer, and this was his time to do something he loved. So, he set off on a Journey, to find the Sukaigawa Serial Killer.
