How to 4chan Webm

Drag the MP4 file that you want to use a clip from onto the webm-maker.bat

Type in the resolution of the video you want. Suggested to use 720 for 1-8 seconds, 540 for 8-15, and possibly lower for longer but longer videos lose quality quickly.

Type in the start of the clip you want in seconds. 4 minutes 32 seconds you would type in 272 ( (4*60) + 32 )

Type in the length of the video in seconds

Wait for the command prompt to finish. It will close automatically and output the file in the same folder as the bat file.
