Please find below some important news and changes. Take your time to read it, despite its length it holds valuable content for you to know.

Management Structure.
After much deliberation Eric Shang has decided to step down as a director in the Bastard Alliance and will take some time out from New Eden. This is for RL reasons and time constraints and does not reflect his dedication to the Alliance. Eric will remain in the Bastards and will still log in and possible join in on roams and events.

Marco Drack will also begin his retirement as Bastard director later this week and will also remain a close adviser to the current board of Directors.

I want to take this opportunity to thank both of them for all the hard work they have put into the corporation and alliance and I am confident they will return to full active duty in the not too distant future.

My congratulations go out to Ithica Hawk and Dwaigon Aumer whom, with immediate effect have been appointed Director in their stead. Azazeldev has been moved to the Bastards Corporation to fulfil some newly assigned duties.

Ithica Hawk will continue leading the in-game events and content with the help of Azazeldev. Additionally Ithica will continue his efforts as HR manager together with Known Associate until a suitable assistant has been found for Known to take the HR manager job entirely. Ithica’s new job title will be ‘Content Director’ with Azazel taking the title ‘Content Manager’, Known Associate will take on the title of ‘Recruitment Officer’. Dwaigon Aumer has and will be a great personal advisor but will predominantly continue his great efforts on the website, forum and killboard. Dwaigon’s new title will be ‘Technical Director’. As always please direct any tech related issues to Dwaigon.

TFS Tibbs will remain a close advisor to the board and hold his Directors role, his title will forever remain ‘Spikey Bastard’.
Lord LazyGhost and I will concentrate on diplomatic duties and are set on finding the right US based corp to join the alliance. Lord LazyGhost will take on the title of ‘Diplomatic Director’. For any related enquiries please refer to Lazy or myself.

This structure will evolve and change as we develop as an alliance, job roles may alter and people in jobs be swapped depending on their strong points. As always I am available to discuss your suggestions, ideas and grievances but where possible please deal with the appropriate director first.

Ishomilken
After intelligence gathering the decision has been taken to move the Bastards and Meatshield Bastards to Ishomilken. The length of this operation has not been decided but we expect it to last no less than 3 months, before a return to our home-system Auner. In January we will begin discussion for a possible move back.

This move is not mandatory but it is highly encouraged. For you not to join in this operation you must have a legitimate reason and forward this to me personally by eve-mail. This move is going to cost the alliance significant isk and resources and we need everyone to be on-board to make the most out of it.

The corporation will provide a bunch of frigates to get the ball rolling as quickly as possible but please prepare your own ships as well. The recommendation is for you to have 20 fitted frigates, 1 shield cruiser, 1 armour cruiser, 1 BC, and your blops ship of choice. Additionally you can pack as much as you like into freight containers, which are available in the corporation hangar.

The alliance is providing trips on this coming Saturday and Sunday by Jump freighters and carriers, if you are volunteering to help please let me know by eve-mail. Please contract all luggage and ships to Nashh Kadavr only; I will distribute the ships and luggage to those jumping it to the destination. Before you contract ships and containers to me ensure that they are named (your name).

I know we are all keen to kill as many Frosties as possible and I highly encourage this, however do not want to see any smack in local coming from our end in any way, shape or form. Please be mindful of our reputation and be aware that not only are the locals potential targets, they are also potential friends or even future corp mates. Kill them with a smile, but primarily kill them lots.



There are a few people like those I mentioned above that go above and beyond the call of duty to make all our EVE experience special and worthwhile. They should all be commended and appreciated. If you want to step up to do a little more you are always welcome to do so. We are currently looking for another recruitment Officer, applications for this job can go to Ithica Hawk.

The other way you can help the recruitment team is by being on comms at all times. Even when you are unable to use it please log in to teamspeak and sit yourself in the appropriate channel. Can’t use comms? Fine, just sit in ‘AFK – do not disturb’. When potential recruits or guest see our comms actually have bodies in them it is easier for us to look appealing and active.
