Parkour setup

/pka create {name} {author} - If the map has multiple authors please set them after, only do a single author at this time (Stand at parkour spawn)
/pka add {name} - While looking at a pressure plate use this to add it as a checkpoint, must be done in order, if done wrong /pka removelast {name}
/pka addauthor {name} {author} - If there are multiple authors add them one at a time here
/pka addRespawnBlock {name} {id} - I think this explains itself, only number ids
/pka setOption {name} WaterRespawn/LavaRespawn/VoidRespawn true/false - Set if these should respawn the player
/pka active {name} - Toggle the parkour to active
