For me I am all about the game plan, if what you required is innovative thinking, leadership and being initiative to take the action
I am all that.
for example if there is a project assignment
I'm often the first to address the problem, to ask questions,
to get ideas and possible solutions from my team members.
Also, when I am the leader I do not over-do my work, which usually results in too much stress and poor-quality work.
In fact, I assign work to people based on their specialities and they are usually happy with my delegation.
I believe everyone has this urge to be useful, and I aim to make them achieve that every time.

In the early days of this career, however, I will need to learn a lot, fortunately, I am a very good listener
and I love getting insights and suggestions from mentors and experts. Usually if there is no expert within reach I still get
great ideas and learn from books.
It's like a fast lane to learn stuff.

Getting along with new people and communities has never been hard for me.
I did a lot of reading and travelling that helps me to be compassionate and understanding with all kinds of people.
I have taken in many forms of culture, social norms and ideas from different social groups,
which help me understand how people are seemingly different but basically the same.
I believe This is an essential trait in working with an international company
