All these words can be used to describe Algernon depending on who you ask and how much you grease their palms beforehand, Algernon is loyal to only one thing and it's whoever is currently paying him and as far he's concerned a contract once signed is as good as law and he'll do whatever is needed to fill the conditions. Algernon has garnered an extremely divisive reputation as he and his men have no issues with defending a compound one day and burning it to the ground after the cessation of regional operations clause of the contract expires.
Personally the man is treated as a Jack of All Trades within the industry as he is capable of performing essentially any military act at a professional level ranging from warzone operations to spec ops missions to guerrilla warfare to political abductions and assassinations.
