Ladies & Gentlemen, Members of  RTU Command, my fellow bananas I come to you today not only as a friend but as one of your five a day. As your REP I promise to never split away from the real gritty stuff that the police need and will always have a open door for you to slide right in. Some of you know me as Saul, some of you know me as a Goodman, predominantly I'm known as a Hobo. As the RTU REP I promise to listen to the struggles of my potassium brothers and will represent us peely yell. I have only been a member of RTU for a short while but I have been in the police many times and have been about more than your mothers and I believe I would be a fantastic representative for this constabulary to lead us onwards as the best constab within Altis and will shine luminous yellow above them all. I ask you as a friend as a brother to choose me as your representative so you can at least say you didn't make the same mistake twice by making someone called science guy a REP for our constabulary.
