  1. Miqo vs Max
  2.
  3. Game 1.
  4.
  5. After a friendly exchange of greetings Miqo rolls a 9, which is trumped by Max's 12.
  6. Max chooses to play first, both players keep, and he leads of with Copperline Gorge, go.
  7. Miqo plays Gitaxian Probe for two life, revealing two Galvanic Blasts, a Solemn and a Primeval Titan in his opponents hands. A nice keep against Delver. Miqo goes on to Thought Scour himself, milling two lands.
  8. Both players play land-go for a turn, and the first action comes from Max, who resolves a Rampant Growth.
  9. He ships the turn to Miqo, who goes Glacial Fortress - Geist of Saint Traft! The Blasts suddenly don't look so good anymore in Max his hand. However, he can play the Solemn, which ramps him into another forest.
  10. He passes the turn, Miqo draws a card, and plays Vapor Snag! Geist and his angel get in for 6, which brings Max to 13, to Miqo's 18. Moreover, he ups his threats by playing a Delver. However, the Ramp deck has now reached the six-mana point, and goes Titan into two Inkmoth Nexi. Things are looking grim for Miqo if he can't deal with the Titan in the next few turns.
  11.
  12. Miqo seems unfazeed though, as he plays his second Vapor Snag at the end of Max his turn, and proceeds to flip his Delver in his upkeep, revealing a Ponder.
  13. Max responds with the sarcastic statement of: 'super hand', which is hard to deny from his point of view. Miqo's team attacks for nine, bringing Max to 3. Max untaps, hoping for an answer. He plays Slagstorm to get rid of the Geist and the Delver, plays a Solemn and passes the turn. Miqo has more tricks up his sleeve however, as he flashes a Snapcaster Mage in, targeting Vapor Snag, bouncing Solemn. Max responds by blasting the Mage, so he does not die next turn. Miqo draws a card, plays his second Geist of Saint Traft, and passes. Max plays Solemn, go. Miqo untaps, Dismember the Solemn, and looks ready to swing for the kill. However, one of Max his Nexi becomes a land and chumps the Geist. It looks like the 4/4 flying Angel is enough to finish the game, but Max has two Galvanic Blasts in his hand to stay alive. Max untaps, replays his Primeval Titan and passes the turn. The 16th turn is Miqo, who attacks with the Geist, and uses a Gut Shot to kill the Nexi before they can block. The Angel gets through, and it is 1-0 for Delver.

  17. Game 2.
  18.
  19. Max chooses to play first, leading with a Rootbound Crag. Miqo plays Seachrome Coast, taps and plays a turn one Delver! Max plays land-go. Miqo untaps, looks at his top card and reveals a Vapor Snag.
  20. Delver becomer a 3/2! After attacking and playing an island, it's Max his third turn. He keeps his cards close to his chest, as he plays a forest and passes. Miqo plays an EOT Thought Scour, milling an Island and a Runechanter's Pike. He untaps, plays a Geist, attacks Max to 14 and passes. Things are looking bad for the Ramp deck.
  21.
  22. The first spell Max plays, on his fourth turn, is a Huntmaster, which brings him to 16. Miqo untaps, and Dismembers the Hunter. He swings with the Delver, Max goes to 13. On the 9th turn, Max tries to resolve a second Hunter, but it meets with Miqo's Manaleak.
  23.
  24. Miqo continues his clock by attacking Max to 10. The only solution to the situation looks to be a Slagstorm, which Max indeed has and casts. Miqo uses his Moorland Haunt EOT, making a small flying spirit. In his own turn it appears that he had anticipated the slagstorm all along, by extending his board with yet another Geist and a new Delver. Max his answer is a Thrun, but it is not enough. Delver flips, and Max makes a snide remark about Miqo's luck. Max goes to 7, and starts his turn with only a Thrun on the board, against a flipped delver and a Geist. He evens the team by Green Sun Zenithing for four, finding a new Huntmaster. Miqo has yet another suprise though, as he untaps, draws a card, and plays a Runechanter's Pike! Equipping his spirittoken which becomes a 1/1 and swinging with all his creatures is enough to finally get a 'Good Game ' out of the mouth of Max.
