<zoofdude> as you finally approach the water, you feel a hot, tingling sensation over your entire body, as if many warm, invisible hands were running over you.

<zoofdude> Okay - as you get closer, the sensation intensifies, as does the heat.  You're starting to sweat, and you're feeling parched.
<zoofdude> That pool looks really cool and comforting, though...
<Percival> Hm I think I would still advance out of pure curiousity of how the Oddish appears to be fine.
<zoofdude> The closer you get, the more intense the heat and your discomfort gets.  You'r getting cottonmouth, and when you breath the air itself is sticky, humid and hot.

<zoofdude> You suddenly feel like you jumped into a pool - you can breath just fine, but you feel like you're submerged.
<Dann-> Did I fall? Or this is just a sensation while digging?
<zoofdude> While digging
<Dann-> Should I do the response here since no one else is around me?

<Dann-> Dann whirls around and looks for Roy, Kai, or Glyce, trying to see if they are experiencing the same sensation.
<Dann-> (is it just like the air is super thick and it feels like moving through water, or can I actually swim and levitate above the ground?)
<zoofdude> They are acting unusual but its hard to tell why
<Dann-> I attempt to make my way to the edge of the dried area where the pool used to be.
<zoofdude> It feels like your skin is touching, and is surrounded, by water.
<Dann-> If I make it out of the dry area, I try to look around at the surrounding area. Anything out of the ordinary? Any other Pokemon behaving oddly or watching us?

<zoofdude> You wander away from where your standing and the sensation begins to fade.  Your Pokemon are still acting strange, staying near where you were.
<Dann-> I beckon to the other Pokemon, trying to get them to leave the pit. If unsuccessful, I'll just recall my Pokemon.
<zoofdude> They don't reply when you call out to them, so they need to be retrieved via Pokeball, yes.
<Dann-> Hm
<Dann-> I do that while trying to beckon Roy still
<Dann-> I then call Gylce back out and pick him up to inspect him
<Dann-> Does he seem to regain his senses?
<zoofdude> He seems confused but responds when beckoned or spoken to
<Dann-> Glyce, that is?
<zoofdude> Yup
<Dann-> "Hey Glyce, you all right? I'm not quite sure what's going on, but I need your help, ok? Can you try to snap Roy out of it? We need to get him away from that area. Try creating a twister right next to him to snap him out of it."
<Dann-> If Glyce can do it, Twister just far enough from Roy to not hurt him.
<zoofdude> Gylce nods, and looks over to where Roy is (Roy is rolling around on the ground with his tounge flapping out), and carefully edges close enough to make a twister fling Roy in your direction
<zoofdude> Roy lands next to you, looks bewildered, and then just sits up and stares at the spot in front of you.
<Dann-> "You ok, Roy?"
<zoofdude> He looks up to you and shrugs.  He seems unharmed, at least.
<Dann-> After sending a text, I get out some rope and tie it around myself
<zoofdude> Okay
<Dann-> I then ask Glyce and Roy to pull me out if I start acting weird, and slowly start walking back into the dry area
<Dann-> Basically seeing if there is an area at which the sensation starts
<Dann-> Or if I can rule that out

<Dann-> (rolled it IC)
<zoofdude> As you walk back toward where you were digging, your eyes wander toward the Toe, where you see the Bellsprout still dancing like a fool.  You start to hear music coming from the brush around you - quiet at first, but picking up in tempo as you get further in.  Roll me General Education.

<Dann-> Was it there before? And is the submerged sensation returning?
<zoofdude> It was not, and no it has not
<Dann-> I ask Roy to man the rope and call Glyce over to me, "Do you hear that?"
<Dann-> (man this song is great, I always forget)
<zoofdude> Gylce starts to scurry over, then flops on his back and lays there in perfect harmony - like someone was rubbing his belly.
<Dann-> I chuckle a bit
<Dann-> "Hey, Glyce, can you hear music? What's going on bud?"
<zoofdude> He's totally out of it, making cooing sounds.
<zoofdude> Roll me Focus
<Dann-> "Roy, you yank on that rope if anything happens."
<zoofdude> You look around and notice a very attractive girl dressed in a hempen skirt and top, with a tiara of flowers emerge from the brush.  She smiles and approaches you, reaching out for your arms.
<Dann-> I move back out of the dry pit area
<Dann-> Reaching one arm for Stefan's ball
<Dann-> "Hi, can I help you?"
<zoofdude> Its like you black out for a few seconds, actually, you feel a tugging sensation as Roy yanks you back out of where you were standing.
<zoofdude> The girl has vanished, and the music is fading
<Dann-> I shake my head and look at Roy, "Thanks buddy. Was I just standing there the whole time?"
<zoofdude> He shakes his head, and mimics someone dancing with themselves.
<Dann-> "I see." I reply, glancing at the Bellsprout.
<Dann-> Texting~
<Dann-> K, after texting
<Dann-> I recall Glyce
<Dann-> Calling out Stefan and Kai
<Dann-> Can I carry Roy and Kai?
<zoofdude> Yup
<Dann-> K
<Dann-> I'm worried about Roy walking on his own
<Dann-> "Stefan, something really weird is going on. I need your discipline to get us through this."
<Dann-> I sling my shovel into its harness and hoist the other two.
<Dann-> "Let's go find Lucian and the others. Kai, help me sniff them out. I'll try to follow the trail Adrienne left too."
<Dann-> (for insight, I'm going out on a limb that Stefan's discipline and high focus will come in handy here)
<Dann-> I then try to find the others
<Dann-> Stefan clear cuts a path if it gets to thorny
<zoofdude> Kai and Stefan are easily able to track down the others, you aren't that far away from each other - if you want to join them in main chat go for it
<Dann-> Can I describe it as Stefan cutting a big hole through the undergrowth when I arrive?
