  3. How to manage files on your server via FTP.
  4.
  5. Using FTP is required for many things such as uploading worlds, installing plugins and many other tasks that require access to your server files.
  6.
  7. To access the files on your server you will need to use FTP to access them, log into Multicraft, select your server and follow these steps:
  8.
  9. 1. You will need to download an FTP client, we recommend FileZilla; Available here.
  10. 2. Once installed navigate to the FTP Panel - Click Files then click FTP File Access - on Multicraft.
  11. 3a. On this page it will list your FTP Credentials.
  12. 3b. The credentials you will need are the "Host", This is the ip it gives you; Your "FTP Username", This will be your login name with a dot and a number after it.
  13. 3c. Enter these details into FileZilla and connect. That's all you need to do.
  14. 4. When you connect you will be confronted with all the files on your server. Here you can upload and download all your server files.
