  30. TRAITS:
  31. Sir Reginald of Trottingham [born 'Scraps], was born in a pit in the forests west of Trottingham. One day, while still barely a pup, he and a group of his friends fell upon a merchant caravan, scaring off the merchants and stealing all the food, clothes, and other things they had with them. While taking apart the cart for parts and sticks to use for starting fires and beating each other, Scraps found a book under one of the seats. Though he could not read it, the pages were filled with great bright images of ponies in platemail, riding along into battle, battling dragons, rescuing damsels, and doing brave heroics. Wandering into the woods, carrying only a stick, the boy decided to become a knight-errant, fighting wickedness and doing great deeds. While in the wilderness, a storm began, forcing him to take shelter in a cave. There he attempted to light a fire using a pile of sticks laying near the entrance. To his surprise the sticks grew together, coming to life in the form of a young Timber Wolf. To his surprise the creature did not attack him, and Scraps took a kinship with the creature. Riding out on the pup Wolf, Scraps was eventually found by the Guards after a few too many shenanigans, his failed "heroics". Rather then leave the boy to rot in the dungeons, one of the elder Knights took the dog as a page, and began teaching him the ancient ways of knighthood. Now taking the name Sir Reginald, and naming his Wolf Beatrix, Reginald is a true Knight-Errant, riding around the world, testing sword and lance against all manner of wizards, giants, dragons, and evil-doers, proudly waving the Equestrian Banner, and the Banner of his native Trottingham.
  32.
  33. His platemail is simple and realistic in design, covering a layer of chain underneath. He wears a bright tabard that displays the symbol of his native Trottingham, a large tree with the sun rising behind it on a blue background. His helmet has a visor that raises to reveal his face, and several large white plumes emerging from the top. His wolf is covered by a layer of barding that amongst other things keeps her from falling to pieces when injured, and his lance has a smaller banner at the end that is the Equestrian Flag. Reginald is polite, laughing, chivalrous in all meanings of the word, and more then a bit silly.
