Blade Runner in Equestria (concept)

Blade Runner in Equestria
This is just a concept, a little something I whipped up for fun. I wouldn't mind doing a story about this, even a short one, but I'm not sure I would be able to write it well enough. If anybody reads this, give me your thoughts. If somebody wants to take the idea and write it themselves, go ahead, as long as you are serious about it.

>Day Dystopian Future in Equestria
>You're in a dimly lit room, sitting in a chair behind a table
>In a chair on the opposide side of the table from you sits Fluttershy
>A polygraph-like machine sits on the table between you two
>Fluttershy is noticeably frightened
>You are about to administer a test
>A test unlike any pony has ever known
>Knowing Fluttershy, and the questions you were about to ask, you knew this one would either be rather difficult, or really easy
>At least, it could prove to be entertaining as well
>You begin with procedure anyway
"Reaction time is a factor in this, so please pay attention. Now answer as quickly as you can."
>"Oh- okay.." she says nervously
"You're in a desert, walking along in the sand, when all of the sudden you look down. You see a tortoise Fluttershy. It's crawling toward you."
>Fluttshy seems confused at this point, but trys to smile at the image in her mind
"You reach down, you flip the tortoise over on it's back Fluttershy. The tortoise lays on it's back, it's belly baking in the hot sun, beating it's legs trying to turn itself over, but it can't. Not without your help. But you're not helping. Why is that?"
>Fluttershy's smile is destroyed, a look of shock and horror now upon her face
>"B- but, I.. Why, woul- No! I.. wouldn't do that!" she stutters, shaking, trying not to shed any tears
>You try not to react, as you watch the monitor on the machine, focused on her eyes
>If the thought of a tortoise lying on it's back was effecting her this much, then she was in trouble
>Or, maybe this was good for Fluttershy; the kind of reaction you got tells you that she's not what you're looking for
>But you must go on anyway
"You're watching a stage play, a banquet is in progress. The guests are enjoying an appetizer of raw oysters."
>Fluttershy trys to calm down a bit as she listens to your statement, enjoying the thought of a stage play, yet noticeably disgusted at the sound of raw oysters
>Probably not just by the taste either; you know she despises the thought of eating meat of any kind, like most pones you've met
>Before she has much time to think about it, you finish with the last sentance
"The entrée consists of boiled dog."
>You watch on the monitor as Fluttershy's eyes widen and pupils shrink, shortly before she feints
"Hmm. That was easier than I thought."
