- Bisharp, Claydol (lol), Dusclops, Houndoom, Krookodile, Mismagius, Venomoth, Zoroark
- Pokemon legal in RU not legal in LU:
- Amoonguss, Golurk, Moltres, Smeargle
- Similarities in the metas:
- Slowking and Druddigon are the two best Pokemon in the tier, Sandslash and Dusknoir are equally as awful in LU as in RU (though luckily Dusknoir got chucked into NU, thanks Dusclops!), Spikes are a relatively common presence in the tier, The tier is relatively balanced
- Differences:
- Without Smeargle, Crustle is the best hazard setter in the tier, Emboar is not as amazing in LU as in RU (although it's decent), Hitmonchan is regarded as one of LU's best spinners, Braviary and Scolipede are legimately LU (and rightfully so), The LU legal Pokemon (of course)
