This entire day has been so...surreal. Everyone, when Damon and I first met he told me that when it came to things; he'd never get married. Honestly, it's kind of funny that he said it. I mean, I knew he'd eventually tie the knot. I could read him like a book. After all, I know a man when he's in love. He's done so much for this wedding; to ensure that it was perfect and I am so, so happy to have been there to witness how sincere and loving this man really is. And, Elena? Sweetface, the world sparkles when he's in your life and I see it every time we talk. Especially when it's about him. Everyone deserves that someone and this, with a year 1/2 under your belts (and more to come), is exactly it. There aren't a lot of people who really grasp the concept; who really understand the true meaning. Damon and Elena, though? They do. They know it so well and even if they may be cruel to one another I know that it's only out of their own sick and twisted little love story of a life. Elena? Damon? I am so happy for you both. There aren't enough words to express this. I just want you to know that your hearts are safe; that they will always be safe. I am so, so thankful to know the both of you; to be here and witness the wedding between the one Damon I never thought I'd love so much and the Elena I wouldn't trade for anything in the world.
