- I had a bit of a hard time translating some of the items to English, but I hope they aren't so uncommon.
- Base
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cups cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp coffee
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 7/8 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Whip the eggs and the sugar fluffy. Mix the rest in. Pour into a round cake tin and bake on 390 °F for 20-25 mins.
- Filling
- 6/5 cups cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Whip the cream fluffy and mix in the sugar. Put it on top of the base when it has cooled.
- Chocolate sauce
- 0,45 cups butter
- 5,3 oz baking chocolate
- 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- Melt the butter on a low setting together with the chocolate, and blend. Take it off the heat and mix in the powdered sugar. Lastly mix in the egg yolks. Pour it on top of the filling when cool.
- You can also make a meringue "lid" on top, but I skipped it as we're not really fans of it. Enjoy :)
