  1. I had a bit of a hard time translating some of the items to English, but I hope they aren't so uncommon.

  3. Base
  4. 1 cup flour
  5. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 3/4 cups cocoa powder
  7. 1 tbsp coffee
  8. 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  9. 3 eggs
  10. 7/8 cups sugar
  11. 1 cup sour cream
  12. 2 tbsp melted butter

  14. Whip the eggs and the sugar fluffy. Mix the rest in. Pour into a round cake tin and bake on 390 °F for 20-25 mins.

  16. Filling
  17. 6/5 cups cream
  18. 3 tbsp sugar

  20. Whip the cream fluffy and mix in the sugar. Put it on top of the base when it has cooled.

  22. Chocolate sauce
  23. 0,45 cups butter
  24. 5,3 oz baking chocolate
  25. 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  26. 2 egg yolks

  28. Melt the butter on a low setting together with the chocolate, and blend. Take it off the heat and mix in the powdered sugar. Lastly mix in the egg yolks. Pour it on top of the filling when cool.

  30. You can also make a meringue "lid" on top, but I skipped it as we're not really fans of it. Enjoy :)
