Hi there, here is some information that will help you with your display at this years Sprint Autoparts Extreme Auto Expo.

Extreme is in the JUBILEE Pavilion this year.

Goody Bags: yes, we have them again this year; you can pick them up at the check in counter.

Trophies: there are over $20,000 worth of cash & trophies up for grabs this year.

Move in/Move out: Move in is Friday November 28th from 8am until 4pm.

Upon arrival we will issue you with your passes, goody bag etc.

The showgrounds also require we wear orange or yellow safety vests to move in & out. There are cars, bikes, fork trucks etc moving around in a confined space so we need to be seen & be safe.

You can buy the vests for $5 from Cheap As Chips etc or you can hire them from us for $5, which we will refund you once you return them.

Entry to the showground is via the Rose Tce gates.

You are in the JUBILEE Pavilion & entry is via the large doors on the northwest corner of the building.

The show hours are: Friday 5pm to 10pm (you can enter the hall from 8am)

Before we start the show on Friday night we will need everybody to exit the building for a quick safety/OH&S check of the venue & then we can let everybody in again at 5pm.

Saturday 10am to 10pm (pack up from 10.15pm)

Move out is Saturday night until midnight & Sunday from 8am to 12 noon. There are to be no children or pets in the pavilion during move in & move out and no alcohol either.

Site: You have been issued with a 6m x 3m site; if you need extra room for your display please let me know.

The Jubilee Pavilion is now fully carpeted. As a result of this if your car leaks oil you will need to place something underneath it to absorb the oil/coolant. (metal drip tray, black plastic etc) If you do not & your car leaks oil you will be charged for cleaning or replacing the tiles. You also need to be careful what tyre shine you use too as some products used in 2013 damaged the carpet tiles. Expect a bill in the hundreds of dollars if this happens. Yes, I’m serious and I know who is parked where to send the bill to. The showgrounds are very serious about this.

Dyno:  If you plan on entering the Dyno Competition you need to let us know on your entry form. If you have forgotten to do this please let us know at the check in counter on Friday night.

Show N Shine: Is on Saturday 29th and is in the paved area NORTH of the JUBILEE Pavilion. Entry is via the ROSE TCE gates & you will have to take a ticket from the BOOM gates to get in. We will give you a ticket so you can get out later on. You can enter after 8am & up until 9.30 am, no earlier, no later. The Show N Shine finishes about 5pm so you are free to leave then. Trophies are presented about 4pm.
