Alias: B00-M3R
Real Name: Barrett Culver
An escaped madman who goes by the letters and numbers on his jail plate. He was jailed for attempting to kidnap small children to experiment on. His mutations from constant steroid use have turned his head bulbous and green, and his skin blue. However, due to the steroid use, he now possesses near invincibility to guns. The dots on his skin represent gunshot wounds. It is believed that the Japanese warden in the prison created the Pocket Monster "Bulbasaur" after him.
