A combination of powerful magic, heavy artillery, and air advantage left the battle for the western pass a complete mess on the side of the Qu. But before they had time to celebrate, the winds kicked up, forming a terrific windstorm that heralded the arrival of the Glutton himself to the battlefield,

Lenore, Zephyr, Elizabeth and Ammy are all out there feeling the wind whip around them as they cling for dear life.

[12:40:51 ][Amaryllis] "Perhaps Noah and I could make an illusion of the ship to confuse the Glutton afterwards."
[12:40:51 ][@Kain] It's not powerful enough to stop the hurricane,but the ship is now leveled out and can move! Down on the ground the elven soldiers are scattered and hiding in the hills, biding their time. The Glutton is calmly strolling through the bodies, taking in the situation. He seems unaffected by the winds.
[12:41:58 ][@Kain] The king frowns as he pulls himself to his feet. "Now that we're not being tossed and turned I think I could manage something. I'm not called King Zephyr for nothing..."
[12:42:24 ][@Kain] Noah calls out from the cockpit, coming over the ship PA. "Is everyone alright out there?"
[12:42:37 ][Amaryllis] "Just fine, dear. You?"
[12:42:59 ][@Kain] Noah: "Shaken and a bit stirred. Where are we going from here?"
[12:43:53 ][Amaryllis] "Out of the storm hopefully, and then perhaps we can use illusions to fool the Glutton into thinking we're still being battered by his storm?"
[12:44:17 ][@Kain] Zephyr: "I still don't see the wind shaman behind this... though the winds are pretty thick. We could retreat for now and try to capture the wind shrine." he suggests, though he spits 'retreat' out like it's a dirty word.

[13:18:27 ][@Kain] The hulking mass of the Glutton... just leapt up into the sky like a fucking dragoon at the illusion of the Stray. He falls right through it though, landing on his feet far below and making a small crater, seemingly no worse for wear but agitated.

[13:19:16 ][Lenore] "We should probably get out of here, we can deal with him later when we've captured the Wind Shrine!"

[13:29:52 ][@Kain] Alright then! You head northeast a bit, flying over the ravine and leaving the Glutton to his solitary devices. It looks like an army of about 200 total marching through the ravine, and they've got maybe a fourth of that in cannons.

[14:02:05 ][@Kain] If you look over the size, it seems the bolts that lodged in burst open and are letting out a corrosive green liquid all over the stonework. It's hissing slowly, trying to eat through stone.
