Lindsay Holmwood is the Head of Development at the DTO, helping developers, architects, ethical hackers, and web operations engineers work effectively in multidisciplinary teams to build services that meet user needs.

With deep and wide experience building highly reliable systems (the open source Flapjack alert routing tool used by Bank of America, Disney Online Services, Bulletproof), and high transaction e-commerce platforms (achieving five-nines uptime for Movember while growing donations from $25M to $124M over three years), Lindsay is responsible for techincal advice, strategy, and delivery across all programmes of work at the DTO.
