CPS foster homes and families are giving children this drug called Numidia
There has been one death of a child thus far.

Wayne Lewis was a legal marijuana grower

Oct 2014 police came to his home arrested him and took his children.

In the process of fighting his case he recieved a letter stating that his youngest child was going to be adopted away permanently in June 2015 if he did not get his his son back.

He was then informed the only way to settle his case before June was to plead guilty to the charges against him.

Wayne has since pled guilty to crimes that he did not commit in order to keep his child out of a home he did not want to be in to begin with.
