I don't quite remember what these EVs do, but its a more offensive take on Rotom-Wash while maintaining my ability to flip off Talonflame. It outspeeds things that outspeed standard Rotom-Wash by one point. It also hits a bit harder than standard Rotom-W. Scizbot never really used anything other than Hydro Pump, so this set was wasted on Scizbot.
