1. unzip the file with 7zip
2. go into control panel
3. click "Clock, Language, and Region"
4. then click "Change Location"
5. change location to Japan
6. right click the font in the file and install it
7. click "Start" in the file
8. when prompted for a font select the Saganami Gothic font
