[2014-11-07 21:51:11]* DJ_Cookies Quick Bit gathers the papers before him and straightens out the stack as he finishes his thought, "And that summs up your bumbs in popularity, everything looks to be on the up and up since Grinder and Hemlock. Which is good as you may loose some of that steam with Entrophys Lincence to compete being in question and Shy taking personal time.."

[2014-11-07 21:52:29]* DJ_Cookies Quick Bit sighs as he ruffles his usually well brushed, if a bit overly oily, main before replacing the tired look on his face with another one of his pattented smiles, gold tooth glinting in the light of his temporary office. "But that is ok! we have two invites to consider and I even have sompony to bolster our numbers for the time being!"
  4. [2014-11-07 21:59:26]* Meryl fidgets a bit with her wings in the back of the office "So someone new eh. Who did you find?" the light brown Purrsian chims in "A spell caster maybe? We'er a little light on that, as of the momment."
  5. [2014-11-07 22:00:42]<Grwn> "What, I can make things fly. Isn't my magic good enough?" Grwn leans back against the wall with crossed talons. "What's up with Entropy anyway?"
  6. [2014-11-07 22:02:57]* DJ_Cookies nods, "With you and Grwn here we were fine on muscle dispite Shy being away on family issues but with Entropy gone we sorely needed it". Turning in his creeky office chair the earth pony quick bit looks to Grwn, "Entropy... well shes is going through some legal jargon with the Adventures guild. Something about misfiled paperwork and outdated licences or some such. Luckily our own roster is allowed some room to fill the ranks"

  8. [2014-11-07 22:06:31]* DJ_Cookies coughs, "Right, well this new guy-", he starts as he pulls out a folder from a drawr on the desk, "Ill just say that if hes half as good as he CLAIMS to be then we should be unbeatable"
  9. [2014-11-07 22:08:32]* DJ_Cookies opens the folder and flips through its contents, "Quite the pedagree at the least, He should be ariving shortly actually"
  10. [2014-11-07 22:08:51]<Grwn> "Bah, paper schmaper. I don't get what they are getting from it." He grunts and hears. "Huh. That's sounds good. The last thing we need is some cheap wimp. So, who is the guy?"
  11. [2014-11-07 22:09:14]* Meryl looks to Bit's for more of a hint as to the nature of there new teammate "So thats all you'er going to tell us?" gives a roll of a paw "Why all the suspense? You could tell us, right?"
  12. [2014-11-07 22:11:34]* DJ_Cookies sets the folder down, "Well I was going to let him tell you himself... but I guess its his fault for leaving his new team mates waiting". Leaning conspiritoraly over his cluttered desk he confides in his clients. "This guy? I hear hes actually pretty good, but more than that Hes aparently got noble blood in him! Must be spooking other teams or something as he hasnt been able to keep a position for long"

  14. [2014-11-07 22:16:15]* DJ_Cookies chortles, "Ok fine but in all seriousness? I have seen some nobles do well in this game, so cut him some slack and give him a chance to show what he has before you rib him to much. Can you do that for me champ?"
  15. [2014-11-07 22:17:26]<ZachA> * A field of indigo sparkles shimmers into existence and quickly dissipates, revealing a unicorn with an alabaster coat, and a mane of royal purple, navy blue, and indigo in alternating bands.

[2014-11-07 22:21:25]* DJ_Cookies quickly looks around his sparcly furnished office space, one of the side walls exposed to show the internal wireing, the chairs, filing cabinate, and desk the only decorations in the harshly lit room. Pausing a moment to swallow his pride bit breaks into a chesire grin. "Dawn! The great and powerful Unicorn with the plan, how was your trip?"
  20. [2014-11-07 22:22:05]* Meryl "Well at lest he's a caster." looking over the unicorn
  21. [2014-11-07 22:22:09]* Grwn looks around. "What do you need flowers for? I know royals are all full of frilly bulshit, but c'mon."
  22. [2014-11-07 22:24:40]<ZachA> *Ignoring the peanut gallery, Dawn continues "The trip was awful, Coach class cannot possibly be legal."
  23. [2014-11-07 22:26:43]<ZachA> " I shall make the Fillydelphia Rails corporation suffer for its insults at a later time, however. Who are these yokels?"
  24. [2014-11-07 22:27:04]* DJ_Cookies grins, "Aww well your here now so its all smooth sailing through calm seas now that your in my hooves. First class all the way! ... well at least part of the way, so long as you all keep tearing it up". Coughing into a hoof bit indicates the other two in the room, "Speaking of which may I present your new teammates, Grwn and Meryl, fresh from there latest victory!"
  25. [2014-11-07 22:27:11]* Meryl moves over to Grwn "20 Bits he doesn't make it through the next trot."
  26. [2014-11-07 22:27:56]* DJ_Cookies pinned to the way are clippings from papers showing the group pulls a few absent others holding a large trouphy allof, other clippings show Grwn and a cute filly leaving on a "romantic get away"
  27. [2014-11-07 22:29:25]<DJ_Cookies> *pinned to the wall
  28. [2014-11-07 22:31:36]<Grwn> "Deal." Grwn grins to Meryl. "We'll see what the chihuahua can do."
  29. [2014-11-07 22:34:54]* DJ_Cookies coughs loudly to cover his Clients comments from there new team mate. "Right, well if we could redirect? We are hot right now but we have to keep pressing this before we loose any more steam than we already have. We have two invitations on our desk but we can only make it to one"
  30. [2014-11-07 22:35:13]<ZachA> " Well even the most rustic mouthbreathers can be successful on occasion, I suppose. As long as they don't intefere with my grand debut, It doesn't really matter I suppose."
  31. [2014-11-07 22:36:40]* Meryl nods "At lest it looks like he's big on the theatrics, that could be a plus." turns to Dawn "So other then a soft flank and a big mouth. What eles do you bring to the team?" giving the newcomer a grin of her own
  32. [2014-11-07 22:38:15]<ZachA> " I am Breaking Dawn of the Dawnset clan. I possess more magical talent in my hooves then you will ever acquire in your entire life."
  33. [2014-11-07 22:39:25]<Grwn> "I'll remember to pick those when you lose them." Grwn smirks.
  34. [2014-11-07 22:40:26]* Meryl looks to Grwn with a smile "Oh like you can even use them if you had to."
  35. [2014-11-07 22:45:05]* DJ_Cookies rolls his eyes, "Yes well Theatrics may actually be just what we need with at least one of these trots, the first offer is from Steel Focus who is setting up his own debut in two weeks time in Las Pegasus"
  36. [2014-11-07 22:48:24]* Grwn smiles. "Las Pegasus huh? Yeah, that's the one I wanna go." He gives a talon up
  37. [2014-11-07 22:49:04]<ZachA> "What are the others?
  38. [2014-11-07 22:51:02]* DJ_Cookies nods, "Always good to check all the angles, Good instincts, The other one is in Seaddle, invitation comes from DJ Candystripe"
  39. [2014-11-07 22:52:11]* DJ_Cookies indicates another file on his desk, "I have information on them both, on the off chance you want to make an informed decision"
  40. [2014-11-07 22:52:40]<ZachA> "Scorching heat, or cold and wet, How wonderful that we have such a great variety,
  41. [2014-11-07 22:53:35]<ZachA> Dawn grasps the file with a simple display of magic from his horn.
  42. [2014-11-07 22:54:22]<ZachA> And starts to examine the Seaddle offer.

[2014-11-07 22:55:01]* DJ_Cookies shrugs, "If it helps the team has already scored a garanteed invite to what is becoming one of the most look forward to trots this season in a few months located in Chicacolt. You wont have to worry about steppin hoof there for a while, by comparison Las Pegasus and Seaddle both seem pretty luxurious"
  44. [2014-11-07 22:57:15]* DJ_Cookies The Seaddle Run is being put on by DJ Candy Stripe. Not just run by, but actually put on by. Candy Stripe is not only a DJ but the CEO of her own Candy company and is very special in that she almost entirely funds her own Trots. Her Run shall take place in her home city and will of course be funded by herself and her company, the worlds single largest candy company to every exist.
  45. [2014-11-07 22:58:14]* DJ_Cookies Candy stripe is famous for not only her off the wall and seemingly random stragies that make her an unpredictable aponent, but her large prizes
  46. [2014-11-07 22:59:09]<ZachA> "I assume sugar features prominently in her trots?"
  47. [2014-11-07 22:59:46]* DJ_Cookies nods, "Naturally she likes to advertise her company out the flank, and not just in the prizes. If you take her offer expect to get at least a little sticky"
  48. [2014-11-07 23:01:57]* DJ_Cookies Leaning back Bit stretches, "As for the other guy? Im afraid I dont have much on him. This will be his first time DJ'ing an event so there is no way of knowing what he has in store. I can tell you he was, and still is, a famous stunt pony. Last Season he was hired to jump a active trot location and crashed into the boss fight".
  49. [2014-11-07 23:02:45]* DJ_Cookies shrugs, "Aparently he put on a good show and got an appitite for it, managed to attract some supporters to try his hoof at DJ'ing himself"
  50. [2014-11-07 23:03:58]* Meryl smirks at that "So a big pay out for the Candy mare and a big bag of who knows what from the stunt pony. Sounds fun ether way."
  51. [2014-11-07 23:04:45]* DJ_Cookies nods, "Thats about the size of it, Honestly I think both of them are crazy ponies but they both seemed to like what they saw a week ago here in Fillydelphia"
  52. [2014-11-07 23:06:01]<Grwn> "You know what I choose. This stuntspony might have something cool for us, and Las Pegasus is a fun city." He smiles.
  53. [2014-11-07 23:07:48]<ZachA> "I favor Seaddle. Las Pegasus is nothing but clouds, gambling, and unbearable heat."
  54. [2014-11-07 23:08:09]* Meryl grins a bit "If we can do both, I'm saying 'If there set apart' why can't we do both. It would take some doing, but we could do it."
  55. [2014-11-07 23:09:32]* DJ_Cookies rubs his head, "Well.... they are only a few days apart. we may be able to do both but that would be stretching ourselves pretty thin. not to mention if we agree we are obligated to attend. If one of you gets hurt at the first one we may be underpowred for the next. As your Manager I HIGHLY suggest against it"

  57. [2014-11-07 23:10:26]* DJ_Cookies sighs, "That said It is doable, just not suggested"
  58. [2014-11-07 23:12:53]<ZachA> "I see no reason to over extend ourselves for marginal publicity. We should follow Bit's Advice."
  59. [2014-11-07 23:12:58]* Grwn seems conflicted for a moment. "Nah, not worth it." He turns to Meryl. "Let's do just the Las Pegasus, the Golden Hearts were going there."
  60. [2014-11-07 23:15:03]* DJ_Cookies grins widely, "Oh! Are they? Then I would agree its a good choice. You manage to make some buzz with Monsoon Grwn. Trotting is only half of this game after all, its not just what you do in the arena but off, so long as you have a camra on you its all part of the game"
  61. [2014-11-07 23:17:20]<ZachA> "Who cares what others are doing, Steel Focus is a total unknown with little rapport. Seaddle would give us better exposure, and better rewards. The choice is obvious."
  62. [2014-11-07 23:17:49]* DJ_Cookies looks to Meryl, "It looks like its up to you dear"
  63. [2014-11-07 23:17:49]* Meryl shrugs "Well I'm up for whatever. But if we did both, just think of it. Bam up and coming troters make a two for one game, wouldn't get us some big time press." then just rolls a paw "But what ever. Like I said, I'm up for whatever."
  64. [2014-11-07 23:18:04]* Grwn blinks. "Huh? Game? You mean that papparazzi thing?"

  67. [2014-11-07 23:20:13]<Grwn> "I'm not really feeling like rushing this one." He crosses his paws.

  69. [2014-11-07 23:21:28]* DJ_Cookies shrugs and reaches into a pocket, pulling out a single golden bit which matches his cutie mark. "If push comes to shove I can roll for it"
  70. [2014-11-07 23:24:32]* Meryl rolls her eyes at Grwn "Ok, lets take it easy then." and at that she stretches her back out "I could go for some fun in the sun. And it's not like I don't have the bits to blow. Let go to Las Pegasus."
  71. [2014-11-07 23:26:33]<Grwn> "Yes!" He thrusts his fist up. "I'm not gonna forget it, Meryl. I owe you one."
  72. [2014-11-07 23:27:25]* DJ_Cookies grins and repockets the bit, "Ah, glad we could settle this like adults then. Ill inform our contacts in Las Pegasus to be expecting us". Strightening out his jacket and taking his folder back he looks to Dawn, "And if it helps at all they will be covering some first class rooms at one of the most lexurious casinos for us"
  73. [2014-11-07 23:28:02]* Meryl waves a wing to the griffon "Like you'er going to repay that." giving him a wink
  74. [2014-11-07 23:28:16]<ZachA> "I suppose it is better than nothing."
  75. [2014-11-07 23:31:00]* Grwn grins and gives Meryl a talons-up.
  76. [2014-11-07 23:31:55]* DJ_Cookies Quick bit refrains from mentioning that this was his old buisness slogan before he changed it a decade aco.

  78. [2014-11-07 23:34:58]* DJ_Cookies shakes his head in the negative, "Not really, we leave on a charted buss in two days, pack your things and get ready. We are headed to another town in Marezona where we can rent a gym for you three to get some practice working together before we show up three days prior to the even in Los Pegasus in two and a half weeks time. Any questions?"
