- How to permenantly change CID in a nor-dump / nand-dump.

- #1) Download: GetConsoleID.exe by AldosTools here:

- #3) Drag your Nand/Nor Dump of your PS3 into the "GetConsoleID.exe". Once you have your PSID, MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE "Add Seperators" CHECKED! Copy your PSID.

- #4) Open your Nor/Nand Dump in HxD Hex Editor, and press the keys "Ctrl + F" to search. Once the search-box pops up, paste your PSID in the "Search for" textbox, and change the Datatype to "Hex-Values". Press Okay.

- #5) Now you should be at your ~PSID~, since we want to permenantly change the CID and not the PSID, your CID should be one line above it... Change the CID with any CID of your choice now. :)
- *Also, you may change your PSID, but isn't necessary as Sony/Game Servers don't really use this to ban Accounts/Systems. You may if you feel otherwise, but isn't necessary.
- **Note** I found my CID at 000303E0. (Press "Ctrl + G" in HxD and 'goto' the address). Just a note.

- #6) Now just flash the new nand/nor flash back onto your PS3 and the CID will be changed in the LVL2 Memory Permenantly. :)
