  5. On the 17th of Jan, the website & story posted at mytollexperience.com accused Toll Brothers (a home construction company) of transgressions so egregious that a fellow Anon brought it to our attention. On the 18th of Jan, I called the Toll Brothers, was directed to their chief legal counsel, and was informed that the case could not be discussed without further research. I agreed to give the company through today (Monday) to determine their response, and posted on Twitter "@tollbrothersinc #Anonymous is aware that you screwed over a 68 year old retiree, her story at https://mytollexperience.com | Answer, or #ExpectUs" as a form of "identification"

  7. Today, @tollbrothersinc invited me via tweet to give them a call so they could tell their side of the story (http://i.imgur.com/9IONNuh.jpg)

  9. Upon talking with the lawyer for Toll Brothers, it has come to my attention that the company made every attempt to remedy the situation, and that the "victim" has not been honest. To wit, the following information has been produced:
  10.
  11. > The "victim" was offered remediation on at least 6 occasions but denied the Toll Brother access to her home.
  12.
  13. > The "victim's" father passed, and during grieving she allowed the case to go quiet for years. Then, without warning or attempted contact, filed suit against Toll Brothers.
  14.
  15. > The "victim" accepted an out-of-court settlement that included repair of her home and a cash award, kept the cash and continued to press forward the legal battle while refusing Toll Brother access to her home to make repairs.
  16.
  17. > The "victim" has went through at least 7 lawyers and is hard-pressed to find anyone willing to take her case for the fact that she has no grounds. The "victim" also has hired a substantial number of experts in an attempt to get one to agree with her personal assessment; the only "expert" who agreed, was dismissed by the courts after a judge determined that the "expert" was not qualified to provide opinion.
  18.
  19. > The "victim" has lost all court proceedings and is currently appealing the latest dismissal of her allegations.
  20.
  21. Let this instance serve as an example to why you, as Anonymous, should ensure that proper evaluation and vetting is done before striking a target. To the Toll Brothers, thank you for your time.
