1) No Quarries, Fillers, Builders, Etc from BuildCraft. No automated environment alteration machines. (includes the Thaumic Bore for now)
2) No Essence Exchange from Ars Magica

Pranking Rules
1) Pranking -is- allowed
2) All pranks -must- be claimed by the person who has done the prank.
3) The person who was pranked has the choice of undoing it, leaving it, or asking for it to be removed
4) The person who pulled the prank, when asked, must remove the prank.
