  1. Yes, I'm not worthy as a human being because I hurt your wuddle feelings. *rolls eyes*
  2.
  3. I'm rude or nice for many reasons. Often these reasons are going to go right over the heads of people because they're subtle.
  4.
  5. One thing I believe in is the value of rudeness to filter trolls. Some people like to use protocol and social custom to cloud and shield their bullshit.
  6.
  7. If I drop some F' bombs and call the person something nasty they tend to abandon all pretenses at actually discussing the argument and do what they wanted to do in the first place. Just call me a heretic, claim moral outrage, and generally act like a shrieking Victorian woman standing on an ottoman while a mouse eats her cheese platter.
  8.
  9. If I detect that behavior, I intentionally provoke them because they're easier to deal with in their moral outrage phase than if they're wearing a cloak of logic and reason. Logic has to be addressed and answered. Shrieking nonsense can be laughed at.
  10.
  11. I am quite calculating in what I do, friend. Everything is a rhetorical technique. I test people. That is part of the fun of being here for me. It is why I can talk to so many complete idiots and yet have such a good time at it. I have many motivations and many goals. And no matter who you are or what we're talking about... I will see one of my goals met.
  12.
  13. Anyway, if you think anyone that is rude to people is automatically of no value to the community, I'd point out that history is full of rude geniuses. People that were highly inflammatory but were ultimately trend setters. Am I any of those things? Who knows. The point is that being rude does not remove your value to a community and if it did, you'd remove Issac Newton or Galileo. They were both very rude. Galileo's problems with the Church were almost entirely a product of him being an asshole. But he was right and they were wrong. Newton was a very cold personality that was also largely sociopathic. He freely manipulated people whenever he felt like it and appears to have actually enjoyed hurting people... he was put in charge of hunting down money forgers and appears to have tortured more than a few of them. He was cited as saying that putting the screws to some of these people actually energized him. Which is to say he got emotional satisfaction from hurting people.
  14.
  15. That's a sadist. And is Newton of no value to the community? He's a sociopathic sadist? He was one of the greatest minds to have ever lived. I'm neither sociopathic nor a sadist. I'm also not one of the greatest minds to have ever lived. But the point is that being a jerk in your opinion does not negate someone's value to a community.
  16.
  17. A lot of communities would be better places in my opinion if there were someone there to force people to stop being little sensitive flowers. When people get that sensitive you start getting PC trolls an other various types of offense trolls that run the place.
  18.
  19. Such people thrive on approval. You give them approval and they go nuts with it. You have to look into their beady little eyes and make sure they realize you care nothing for their hilariously sensitive feelings.
  20.
  21. Everywhere we go now we see people talking about their feelings as if that is any justification for anything. I mean, if I enter this little arrangement and cite that I'm horny is someone going to do something about that? I mean... if that's how we're playing it then I'll play along. But the people that cite their feelings are typically just out of control narcissists because they only care about their OWN feelings. No one else's feelings matter in those discussions. If you told them that discussions of their feelings made you feel uncomfortable would they respect your feelings by not talking about theirs? Obviously not. They'd say YOU need to change to conform to them. Which is funny because if you ever tell them they need to conform to you... they say that is some kind of bigotry or prejudice.
  22.
  23. Its all bullshit. And so the best thing to do is cut to the chase with these fucktards calling people whatever and then ideally leaving so that those that aren't just trolls can try to have a rational discussion.
  24.
  25. Which getting to the point, is often why I am rude to people. The offense trolls get triggered by it and they fuck off. :D
