I'm not discussing things anymore.  I'm not listening to any more phone tirades.

After the threats of damage to my home and against my dogs I received yesterday from Mr. Rattiner, I'm no longer playing games either.  A police report has already been filed about those threats, so don't question that if you show up in my home or anything happens in my home, real charges will be filed immediately.

The following is not negotiable:

-Gabe is going to give us back our keys on Friday the 22nd of May.

-Danny is going to give Gabe his deposit, either when he gets it from the landlord, or whenever he can before that.  I don't really care, it has nothing to do with me.

If I don't get my keys tomorrow, here's what's going to go down.

We're going to use the entire deposit for rent.

End of story, end of discussion.  Legally we have every right to do that and you can be absolutely sure that we will do that.

After I get my keys, there will be absolutely no contact from Gabe.  Zero.  One phone call, text or email, Danny's deposit becomes rent.

I see you in the building, Danny's deposit becomes rent.

I get a call from Danny because you're upset about the deposit? Danny's deposit becomes rent.

If I get any response to this email other than a coordination of the delivery of my keys. Danny's deposit becomes rent.

Don't test me on this.

If this is actually about money, then your options are nil.  There's no more wiggle room here.  If you want your money, you give us our keys tomorrow and stay away from us.
