Month 1

“Give me the will to defeat this monster.” Nam said with his legs crossed floating among the clouds and his eyes closed; Nam imagined himself back at the town square against Piccolos child Piano, this moment always haunted him the moment he thought he failed everyone and he would not let happen again, he sought through memories of his own demise and the failure he felt when he awoke in the afterlife, during this month he’d achieve peace again and become a more humble and relaxed human being.

Month 12

A year had passed and Nam has trained his body beyond its limit for 10 months straight, but he avoided all human contact during those months only training in the wild and in the skies. He’d dedicate this part of training of spending his time among the many villages and many cities of the world stopping crimes and powerful people from taking advantage of the poor and weak, he’d train up and coming martial artist and use his power for good helping everywhere he can.

Month 24

Again resumed intense training for a year, but this he sought out the many martial artist of the world learning there methods of training and attempting to gain from their wisdom, he’d focus on only this for this year. He had trained his mind, soul and body to their limits. He now had to push past them, beyond a point any human could ever reach, or so he thought. After months of Rigorous training and abuse, he finally began to make progress again, pushing his body completely beyond its limits and more.

Month 34

He trained like that all the way till two months before the tournament before slowing it down

“Time for a cool down.” He said slowing down his training for the two months so he found rest and recover
