We had a guild meeting tonight instead of a raid and talked a lot about the attendance issues we've been having. We had very honest and constructive meeting and decided that we're willing to give it a fresh start and give everyone an equal chance. Right now you are entitled to Core rank in the guild if you feel like you can give a 9/10 attendance to our raids. We're not gonna be focusing so much on people's gear, but more on the attitude and motivation. Nobody has been demoted or promoted, everyone will get their own dedicated rank according to their activity with guild and especially with the progression raids. If you feel like you've been left behind as a new guild member or your gear isn't top notch as others, now is your chance to show your true colors as we're keeping eye on activity and dedication for the guild.
