  5. If accepted, users would be allowed to sign up for GWL access. Upon logging in, their IP address is logged and added to the stream.

  10. Servers will sync with the GWL just like they do with the GBL.

  15. Upon connecting, the server will check if the IP is on the GWL. If so they are allowed, otherwise the connection is terminated.

  17. If the user is on the GWL but has a dynamic IP and can't join, all they have to do is log back into the GWL via the web interface and it will be updated automatically.
