- -Women models unless are made not to have hair specifically (Christine, tribials, lobotmites, etc) are considered to have hair and must be killed even if they are wearing hats.
- -Animals and enemies with hair are to be killed(Big Horners, dogs), animals and enemies without hair must be left alone. (Deathclaws, Ghost people, etc)

- -There are no required mods, though sawyers is recommended.

- The Shit Courier

- 1. Weapon Rules
- -You may use any weapon, but you must use it until it breaks/runs out of ammo and then you must pick up the first weapon you come across afterwards and repeat the process. If you loot a corpse and it has more than 1 weapon on it, you must pick the first weapon listed.
- -You may not repair the weapons through any means, vendor, kits, self-repair, or any other means.
- -You may not carry any weapons beyond what you are currently using (no stockpiling)
- -Carrying ammo for the weapon you are not using currently is okay. (Grenades, throwing weapons, and mines are not ammo. However if you are using these you may carry multiplies of them until you run out)
- 2. Armor Rules
- -You may use any armor, but you must wear it until it breaks. Then you must pick up the first armor you come across. You can wear normal armor and hats together, you don't have to pick one or the other.
- -You many not repair the armors through any means, vendor, self-repair, or any other means.
- -You may unequip faction armors to be able to interact with otherwise hostile npcs, but you may not wear other armor until that said armor breaks.
- 3. Special/skills rules
- -You must use the console command (player.forceav xxx 1) to lower all your specials to 1 after you receive your pipboy from Doc Mitchell
- -You must use the same console command to reduce your tagged skills to no higher than 10.
- -You may not raise them higher during the game. See required mods
- 4. Perks/traits Rules
- -You may not pick any traits or perks that give you a boost to your specials or stats. (intense training and etc)
- -You may not pick the traits skilled or logans loop hole.
- -You may not pick perks and traits from mods that are in the same vein as above.

- - it's a guns/sneak/repair run so keep these skill reasonably high compared to others
- - all perks are allowed but you're free to either limit the choice or whatever you want to do with it
- - science along with barter, speech and energy weapons should have lowest priority

- 7. Companions
- - generally the idea is to go solo but if you're really hurting for pixels by your side then you can have one
- throughout the whole game, preferably Boone or ED-E

- - if you have the time and are bored you can tweak the weapons from the list so they are as accurate as in
- MoHAA
- - all rifles should have the same damage as vanilla hunting rifle
- - StG should be on par with Survivalist's Rifle for damage per shot

- I can upload a pack with MoHAA sounds so the game sounds exactly like MoHAA as far as the mentioned weapons go

- Jewish Operator Run
- Weapon Rules:
- Must use Tacticool/IRL based weapons seen is such games as Call of Duty or Battlefield
- Examples: Vanilla; .45 Auto Pistol, Service Rifles & Assault/Marksman Carbines
- Mod; Pretty much anything by MTindle, Millenia, etc
- Armor Rules:
- Must be Tacticool/Operator shit like stuff worn by Soap or Army people.
- Examples: Vanilla: NCR Outfits, Riot Gear
- Mod; Stuff by Dragbody, DTO by Antistar, etc
- Must wear eyeglasses and a fancy hat of some sort. Funny looking mustache or other wacky facial hair is a plus
- SPECIAL/Skill Rules:
- High INT And LCK, Low CHR
- Tag Barter, Guns, and Stealth
- Perks/Traits Rules:
- Any skill that augments guns and the tier one operator equipment (Grunt, etc)
- Any skill that will help with convincing goys to part with their belongings
- Pick Good Natured and/or Hoarder as traits, both if you want, but at least one
- Companion Rules:
- Can only have companions for the purpose of Completed their quests, otherwise you're lonewolf
- Gameplay Rules:
- You must acquire caps and hoard them by any means possible. Always have at least 25000 caps once you obtain that much.
- Use exploits to get all gold bars in DM, and do so ASAP
- Steal, from everyone, especially anyone who is white and male
- Must act Tacticool (if your weapons support modkits with silencers or suppressors, use them) crouch,
- true ironsights should be used liberally.
- Acquire expensive things and put them in your house to show off.
- Use Project Nevada for maximum Tacticool (at least for shit like nade hotkey, Dynamic crosshair, sprint, etc)
- Must actively be neutral karma or worse.
- Anyone using an energy weapon must be eliminated, silently, and then tea-bagged for hacking
- Always take head-shots, always try to kill as many people silently as possible before "going loud"
- Must not use VATS, but may use Bullet-time
- Required Mods:
- Project Nevada (at least Core)
- Required Difficulty:
- None
- Rules for Completion:
- Must complete all four DLCs
- Must have gotten and owned at one point all of DM's gold bars
- Must have every unique weapon in the game
- Must have 100000 caps worth of stuff, and at least 50000 caps on hand

- -Mens are your enemies, mens are scum. Avoid them, unless you really need to, then be rude to them everytime. If they show any kind of sexist behavior, kill them. If they look sexist, kill them. If you think they're sexist, kill them.
- -Sexist womens are as bad as mens. Try to reason with them, failing that, kill them.

- -No weapons. You're a pacifist. You don't even touch weapons (which means you never loot or sell them). Your willpower is your weapon.

- -STR 3 END 3 max. CHA 10. the rest is up to you. No combat skills.
- 4. Perks/traits Rules
- -No perks or traits that affect combat. Good Natured required. All dialogue perks required.

- -No drugs at all, not even touching them (like the weapons). NO ALCOHOL EVER. Bottled demons of the Wastelands. You will, however, collect alcohol, to trash in your house.

- -No companion that even mentions alcohol at one point allowed. Cass totally forbidden.
- 7. Game play rules
- -You must purge the wasteland of the dangers of alcohol. You will buy and loot or even steal every single alcoholic drink from the wastes to store in your house or dump them in the Devil's Gullet. Every single drop of alcohol.

- -No SPECIAL restrictions. Barter and Guns as tag skills. Not allowed to spend a single skill point in anything other than Barter and Guns till they are maxed.
- 4. Perks/traits Rules
- -Good Natured forbidden. Terrifying Presence and Sneering Imperialist required. Use them every time they're avaliable.
- 5. Food/drugs/healing rules
- -No restrictions.
- 6. Companion Rules
- -Cass required, you like the way the gal thinks. Arcade forbidden, fuck the followers.
- 7. Game play rules
- -You will obtain every single alcoholic drink from the wastes. Buy them, steal them, loot them, it doesn't matter. Then use your Barter skills and sell them to other vendors. You will control the alcohol market in the mojave. Anyone who disagrees with you will get shot, simple as that.
