  3. Here's some doujin circle webshops. Many old designs will be sold out, and for those available expect to need a proxy or a forwarder, as they usually don't ship overseas. Quality will be top notch though, especially if you get an A&J (Lycra or even better Lyctron). P80 is very good too.

  15. This shop specializes in doujin products (as you can tell by its name, duh). There are covers by many circles, some can be bought for cheaper on the respective website (see above), but this shop is useful for all the other ones.

  20. The following circles can print on demand, so you can order anything from their catalog. Don't know about quality and their design are not the best around, but they're original (and Yumemiyasan's are usually non lewd, for concerned people). Sooner or later I'll get pic related. Their new Sakuya one is not bad either.
