I resume for the non-german :

1 - Edit My Documents\My games\Fallout 4\Fallout4.ini
2 - replace "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\," by : "sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, INTERFACE\"
3 - Go on the section [Interface] bellow in the same file and add the following strings :

fLockPositionY=100.0000
fUIPowerArmorGeometry_TranslateZ=-18.5000
fUIPowerArmorGeometry_TranslateY=460.0000

4 - Edit the two "Fallout4Prefs.ini" files in these places : " C:\Users\Name-of-the-User\Documents\My Games\Fallout4" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Fallout4"
5 - Replace the following strings with these values :

bTopMostWindow=1
bMaximizeWindow=1
bBorderless=1
bFull Screen=0
iSize H=1024
iSize W=1280

Done, now it works in 1024x1280 fullscreen and you see the lockpicks
