  1. Fazbear’s Fight
  2. A Fnaf based fighting game using the characters that appear in the games.
  3. Stages of Development: while not actually being made, these are the steps I am going through to making the characters in the fighting game.
  4. Stage 1: Basic playstyle for each character, any unique mechanics that they have, and basic stats for each character. Attempted to base off of what the characters do in games with some creative liberties made.
  5. Stage 2: The move sets for each character, comes in four parts.
  6. Basic moves: Normals, taunts, movement, and other small details like how the character stands.
  7.
  8. Special moves: Moves that require inputs like a quarter-circle forward to work.
  9.
  10. Hyper moves: Moves that consume power on the Power Meter to work.
  11.
  12. Ultimate/Finishing Move: Strongest attack the character has, finishes the opponent instantly if the conditions are right.
  13. Stage 3: How basic combos would work.
  14. Stage 4: Other remaining details for each character, such as theme and personality.
  15. Stage 5: Stages.
  16. Stage 6: Story?
  17. Stage 7: Anything else that I missed.
  18. Stage 1: Complete. Stage 2: Stage 3:
  19. Stage 4: Stage 5: Stage 6:
  20. Stage 7:
  21.
  22. Characters
  23. As of now there are 57 different characters that are made for the game. More could be added at a later time if I think of one to add.
  24.
  25. Freddy Fazbear: Well-rounded fighter, plays like the main character in every fighting game. Average health, strength and speed.
  26.
  27. Bonnie: Well-rounded fighter with more focus on mid-range. Has a mid-range throw using his guitar. Average health, slightly below average speed, slightly above average strength.
  28.
  29. Chica: Well-rounded character that specializes in aerial attacks. Can heal self and has three jumps/air dashes. Slightly above average speed, slightly below average health and strength.
  30.
  31. Foxy: Well-rounded fighter that is focused on close range and can easily close in on opponents. Slightly above average speed, average strength, below average health.
  32.
  33. Golden Freddy: How strong he is depends on the Soul Meter. Below average health, above average strength and speed is dependant on how full the Soul Meter is. Once Soul Meter reaches 0%, he becomes immobile for a set period of time.
  34. Soul Meter:
  35. • Starts at 100% every round.
  36. • Drains by movement, specials, hypers, ect.
  37. • Refills by standing still, certain specials, or by using Soul Rejuvenation.
  38. • Once at 0%, defense increases to prevent you from dying easily.
  39.
  40. Toy Freddy: Mid to long range fighter with little moves at close range. Above average speed, below average health, average strength.
  41.
  42. Toy Bonnie: More of an aerial based fighter, has 3 jumps/dashes. Arial Heavy move combos easily into dash-canceled aerial Heavy and Falling Rock-Star. Above average speed, below average health, average strength.
  43.
  44. Toy Chica: Berserker character, each piece that falls gives her a 5% increase in all of her attributes. Average strength, above average speed, below average health.
  45. Berserker piece range:
  46. • <= 70% health, piece 1 removed, Left Eyeball.
  47. • <= 50% health, piece 2 removed, Right Eyeball.
  48. • <= 20% health, piece 3 removed, Beak.
  49. Can hurt self to gain boosts faster with Preparatory Pain, -10% health with use, works until <= 20% health. With >= 50% of the power meter filled and >= 70% health, she can spend 50% of the power meter to remove all 3 pieces without damage by using Fully Prepared.
  50.
  51. Mangle: Able to move around the stage by using Endo head to quickly move to one spot or the other. One of the lowest health in the game, average speed, above average strength.
  52.
  53. Funtime Foxy: Well-rounded fighter with powerful hyper moves. Average health, above average speed and strength (strength is boosted when using hyper moves). Hyper moves do more damage the more hits are in a combo, 1 hit = 1% increase. Hypers add 5% to damage if combos after hyper then hit another hyper, or it a hyper is followed by another hyper, including same hyper. Damage caps of at 50%.
  54.
  55. Withered Freddy: Mid-range fighter who has attacks with armor behind them. Slightly below average health, slightly above averag e strength, below average speed.
  56.
  57. Withered Bonnie: Slow moving grappling character. Most specials and hypers are grapples, including his ultimate move. High health, low speed, average damage, except for throws (throws have a 25% damage boost to them).
  58.
  59. Withered Chica: Mid-range fighter, attacks are pokes and some attacks even use electricity. Slightly below average health and speed, slightly above average strength.
  60.
  61. Withered Foxy: Mid-range fighter with various lunge attacks. Slightly above average health and speed, average damage.
  62.
  63. Balloon Boy: Entirely air based fighter, incredibly useless on the ground. Has 3 jumps/ air dashes. Can float around with Float Balloon/Float Balloon EX. Float Balloon can have attacks be used while active, but only basic attacks. Float Balloon EX is faster, but can’t have attacks be done while active, more useful for escaping. Both are canceled by either getting hit, touching the ground, when using a special or hyper, or when time expires. Below average health and strength, low ground speed. Both speed and strength are boosted in the air by 10%.
  64.
  65. JJ: Similar to Balloon Boy in Stats and in Playstyle. Main difference is that Float Balloon fires Poppers in the direction that the analog stick is pointing, type of Popper depends on button pushed. Health is lower than Balloon Boy, same strength, higher speed than Balloon Boy.
  66. Poppers (From Float Balloon):
  67. • Light- Fast moving, low damage projectile that explodes on impact.
  68. • Medium- Slower moving, higher damage projectile that had a bigger explosion range and explodes on impact.
  69. • Heavy- Slowest but also highest damage projectile that sticks to opponent if it his them. Otherwise it bounces and moves slightly then explodes after a set period of time. Hits multiple times.
  70. Examples:
  71. • Down and Light = Downward light Popper.
  72. • Forward and Medium = Forward medium Popper.
  73. • Upper-right and Heavy = Upper-right heavy Popper.
  74.
  75. Shadow Bonnie: Fast fighter, best at close-mid range. Has various escape moves that can be used to give him multiple openings. High speed, slightly above average strength and health.
  76. One with Shadows hyper increases range, speed, and damage of moves, but also decreased defense and costs 50% power. Stats are strength and speed get a 10% increase and defense gets a 20% decrease. Body Glitch, if used while active, turns into a counter hyper. It will drain the Power Meter to 0% upon the counter-move connecting. Body Glitch + One with Shadows cost >= 1% power. The more power the more damage. One with Shadows ends after a set period of time or when Body Glitch connects.
  77. 1% power = 1% increase.
  78. 23% power = 23% increase.
  79. 100% power = 100% increase.
  80.
  81. Shadow Freddy: Mid-range stationary fighter with almost no close range moves. Shadow Meter charges when heave and some special moves hit, can also be charged with the move Shadow Charge. Low speed, slightly above average strength, higher health than Shadow Bonnie.
  82. Shadow Meter:
  83. • LV.1 = No change.
  84. • Lv.2 = Range and damage increase.
  85. • Lv.3 = Range, damage, and hits increase.
  86. • LV.X = Heavy attacks have no range to them and become close range. Some specials will not work, same with hypers. State only entered when LV.3 breaks, quickly charges to LV.1.
  87.
  88. Marionette: Close to mid-range fighter. Music Box gauge determines how strong he is. The fuller it is, the weaker he is. The lower it is, the stronger he is. Average health, speed, and damage.
  89.
  90.
  91. Music Box:
  92. Increases when hit.
  93. Decreases when attacking and over time.

  97. • 74-51% full = -5% speed and strength.
  98. • 50% full = -0% speed and strength.
