Hello!

All right! Hi! Yeah! So first, an update about the surveys: a big thank you to everyone who filled it out and continues to do so. We're taking all the feedback we're getting into consideration when planning our roadmap for 2017 and how to really best serve this blossoming and wonderful community. We've reached out to few of you with a few details, but in general once we reach some consensuses we plan on making a big post detailing a lot of observations and plans and ways to make our next six years even better than our first.

With that said, why wait on some of them? As you can see from the Gabriel White banner, we're rolling out our Patreon rewards, so please contact Matt (that's me!) if you've donated and have yet to receive your reward and I'll be making sure folks get them. Don't be shy; I'm always on Discord somehow. So yes, CokeIbushi is king for the week, so he got a fancy banner he supplied, and that really got our wheels churning.

So yes, step one of our 2017 community engagement drive: the new banner initiative! Basically, we want to make the banner up there a cool one that rotates through tons of different banners, either character-specific, fed-specific, or AES-related. And we want all of you to contribute as many as you want! There are only three requirements:

[*]The banner must be the size of the current banner, so as not to mess up the CSS. (That's 950x200!)
[*]It has to have a transparent background (black in a pinch if you absolutely can't) so as to look nice on all the skins.
[*]It has to say Armbar Error Society on it, preferably predominantly.

And that's it! Let's work as a community to make this place reflect the community better than ever and celebrate all the fantastic characters and memories this place has given us. Anyone and everyone is welcome to submit as many banners as they would like.
