  3. I see you sent in an application to join. I temporarily accepted it. As i am not sure how you found us.
  4. We don't really recruit per say. More like put our organization out there for people looking for something different and more mature.

  6. We look upon each other like brothers and sisters. We hold ourselves accountable. We do not hide behind anonymity , We strive to be better than we are and even help young men achieve it as well. We are a family atmosphere. In our team speak you have more value than gaming. Sounds cliche' but few celebrate birthdays , christmas , help with jobs or even save you if your in another country stranded due to an old lady. ( Yes. it has happened. :) ) .. To us. You have more value than gaming. And actually give a crud when you do leave and come back. Its our living room. Yes we drink , smoke , even cuss a little in the mature channels.

  16. Our organizational structure is not much different than any Pathfinder/Heathen/Ranger/Viking organization. Having a moral compass and code of ethics. Open to most including privateering and smuggling. JUST NO PIRATES OR GRIEFERS ..
  17. Myself will be a freelancer,and explorer. I'm just a ranger at heart. I might be the architect, but only after extensive search and failure upon not finding a western ideology code of conduct. We have a panel of peeps willing to lead, however it is fluid and made for people that contribute . Be it through recruitment, videos for our you-tube, artwork or many more things. Just stepping in and saying hello to everyone is a contribute. I am among the leader ship. I am the figure head mostly because they forced me lol.

  25. We have been active on Team-speak and it promotes friendship and fun. Its a bit early for the game but we are trying to create a fun , understanding atmosphere until then.
