Reason for appeal:

I am making this appeal because I believe this post falls into a gray area not covered by CC 18.3. The rules as written forbid informing people they are ignore; however a gray area exists because the rules do not cover informing someone that they were once on ignore, and that is no longer the case. I was attempting to circumspectly inform Jackie and any other posters that she was previously on Ignore, and that her former state is no longer in play.

This is a gray area not covered by the rules. Regardless of the result of my appeal, I believe it is worth taking a look at this
